Three generations of our family stayed here for a week in June (6 people). Location is great, there is so much to do in Williamsburg (not to mention the amazing food!), and easy easy trip into Manhattan. The home is perfect, very well equipped, kitchen is awesome. The cat was great, friendly when we wanted (well, when the kids wanted) but mostly stayed away. The house is beautifully decorated (which was our only problem since we had two 2-year-olds with us - we were having to watch them VERY closely since there are many little breakable things throughout the house). You can't say it's a negative because the house isn't child proofed and it wouldn't even stop me from coming back, but just a warning to parents with inquisitive toddlers, you will have your work ahead of you with the nice furnishings/decorations and many many stairs. If I am ever going to back to New York City I will definitely check out Daniel's availability for this property, it is WONDERFUL!

We had an amazing week! We were two families with three kids (3 years and 5). Perfect with big rooms, and a wonderful backyard. The area is perfect with great bars and restaurants just a short walk away. And greats shops too. I want to live in this house. Please, can I? Kalle

We had a wonderful stay at Daniel's place last week. It was beautifully decorated, clean, very roomy, open and airy. The location is incredibly central, within walking distance to tons of amazing restaurants, close to the subway and within walking distance of the Williamsburg bridge where you can walk across and get beautiful views of the city. Daniel gave us lots of tips to great eateries and the garden area was lovely to relax and catch up with friends. I spent a rediculous amount of time researching places before we found this place. It is by far the largest, nicest and most centrally located place I found and for what I think is a great price. The place is great if you want to spend time with friends but also have your own privacy as well. There were 2 1/2 bathrooms, a rarity in the city for the price range I was looking at. The wifi was very helpful to have as well and we were able to print off last minute concert tickets and boarding passes to our friends flights.. The cat there is very friendly but keeps to himself, he did however meow a lot first thing in the morning...I think if you are used to pets this is something you would be used to as a matter of course. We drove from Ohio and amazingly we were able to street park right in front of the place for 5 days, which was very cool.

We spent a wonderful week in this extremely beautiful house and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else if we came to N.Y. again. It's a very quiet street and yet there is a lot of things going on nearby and you'll find everything you need. Definitely the best holiday home we've ever stayed at!
