Absolutely Wonderful - Feels Brand New! 5 year old home with all the amenities. Peaceful location with a grand view of Mount Washington. Great for relaxation on the deck, wild-life viewing, hiking along the National Forest, or many other outdoor activities.
Built on a private road abutting the White Mountain National Forest. Miles of hiking trails and camp sites to take advantage of. Extremely quiet 2 acre wooded lot - great for writing, and/or relaxation.
Sit on the deck and enjoy the beautiful sunrise view of Mt. Washington in the morning. Plenty of room for guests to enjoy a hot cup of coffee or tea at the breakfast bar (seats 6) or along the dining room table which seats 10. Sleeping quarters accommodates 10 comfortably with additional room for 3 more.
The first level includes an open area with cathedral ceilings (and two fans!) The living room or family room is furnished with a fine leather sofa and chair, a wide-screen television which has cable TV and a gas wood stove. Next to the living room is the dining room area which has a table large enough to accommodate any family's Thanksgiving Day dinner. The kitchen has all brand new top of the line Kitchen-Aide appliances (stainless steel.) A water fountain is located on the counter for those who like to enjoy the taste of chilled spring water.
Toward the South side of the first level resides the Master Bedroom which has a King size sleigh bed along with a smaller television set. Attached to the Master Bed Room exists the Master bathroom which has two sinks, a full shower and an attached laundry room with stackable washer & dryer.
The home's second level has two-bunk rooms with dressers for clothing, a loft which has a day bed with trundle, and an guest room with a queen size bed. Also on the second floor is a 3/4 bathroom with stand up shower.
The home is designed to sleep and feed two large families comfortably (note: feeds 16, sleeps 13.)
In the basement, a ping-pong table is located in the back room for fun and entertainment.
