Wonderful full ocean view; quiet; ocean surf and barking seals' sounds; watching dolphins from the balcony or living room; beautiful furnishings and tastefully done interior; perfect location with short scenic walk to the beach....what better way for a Michigander to spend the month of March 2012? We enjoyed spending the past 10 years at the Pier Bowl, but Pam's condo is much quieter and better located. When the wives (we were two couples here with plenty room) often say "this condo has everything!", what better testimony is there to Pam's astute paying attention to details for renters to have such an enjoyable stay? Thanks for everything, Pam. We shall return, Lord willing.

We recently returned from a tranquil visit to San Clemente. We're so happy we chose this vacation rental! Pam is delightful to work with and very helpful. First thing we did upon entering was open the large sliding glass door on the deck and drink in the ocean view and feel the cool ocean breeze on our cheeks! Wow! Condo was spacious, lovely and very comfortable. I wish I was still there! San Clemente is charming - loved the relaxed feel of the town. Our daughter loved it too and wrote: "What an awesome condo! As soon as we walk in, the ocean bursts through the windows keeping you locked in place with its beauty. The walk to the beach is very short and easy. First night here I fell asleep listening to the waves. The condo is always filled with light. Most of things we needed were already here. Very beach-y.....Today is our last full day and I don't want to leave! It's so, so, so Beautiful here! You can walk to the pier (which is fun) and eat a very, very delicious fresh fish meal and watch the surfer/waves at the same time! This is the Fisherman's restaurant. I recommend the swordfish! Yum. Peace Out!"

We recently rented this condo for a return vacation to San Clemente. The size and location were great. We especially loved the direct access to Calafia beach and the beach path. It made it easy for us to jump into the water or take a nice long walk to the pier or even to the north beach train station. Additionally, it's a relatively short drive to both Anaheim and San Diego for a fun day trip. The condo has a great kitchen, dining area, and very comfortable living room. The bedrooms and baths were perfect for our stay, and the view is incredible! Sunsets while sitting on the balcony are just breathtaking. Thanks to Pam, the owner, who made us feel so welcome. We can't wait to go back!

What a wonderful home away from home! This place is beautiful and has a magnificent view of the ocean. We relaxed on the balcony and watched many evening sunsets. We were impressed with the detail to every need we had while staying here. We've already booked two months for 2011.

When we walked into the unit for the first time my wife exclaimed:"Oh, honey, look at the view!". We had seen the photos on VRBO, but the reality was even better. The unit is wonderfully equiped, and it's location midway between San Diego and LA makes it very convenient. We found our landlady, Pam, to be genuinely caring about her guests. Thank's Pam! Just want to let you know we really enjoyed our stay at your condo last week. Our friends, Scott and Jay, were very pleased with all that you do for your guests. The views are fantastic and are matched by the furnishings and amenities that you provide with the condo. Scott enjoyed being so close to the golf course and got in 3 rounds of golf plus some days just hitting balls.

This San Clemente condo is a perfect spot for either a relaxing or exciting vacation. Location on the cliff over looking the ocean adjacent to a state park with spectacular views is a setting made for rejuvinating. Added is the nearness to the city for an experience of touring California's best. We chose a short drive to San Juan Capistrano to see the Mission and a charming Zoo Mar Petting Zoo one day, as well as the short drive to San Diego to take in the Zoo and Sea World. Weather is gorgeous any time of year, and the condo itself is beautifully decorated with all amenities for spending days right there only to include walks on the beach and sunsets over the ocean on the deck....a real pearl.

San Clemente is the ideal setting for both relaxing days on the beach, and enjoying the many activities available in Southern California. The condo is an easy freeway drive to day trips in San Diego or Los Angeles, and a stress-free commute to and from John Wayne Airport. Our family enjoyed a day at Sea World, a day at the San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park, as well as plenty of relaxing time in the sunshine, walking on the beach, and enjoying quaint downtown San Clemente and an unbelievable sunset every evening. The condo unit is clean and spacious, with an incredible view of the ocean, including seals and dolphins, from the living room. I would recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a vacation spot!
