We're two blocks from the city's best seafood restaurant (Simon and Seaforts), best breakfast place (Snow City), and best Italian restaurant (Orzo.) A few blocks farther are the new Museum of Art, 4th Avenue shops and galleries, and a gourmet grocery store (City Market.)
