This spectacular first floor golf villa, located minutes from Bethany Beach and directly across from one of the two outdoor pools at Bear Trap Dunes, is perfect for two couples or a family. This spacious villa features luxury décor, furnishings and amenities throughout with two bedrooms (king bed in master bedroom, two twins in second bedroom). A fully equipped kitchen makes dining-in easy. Serve lunch or dinner on the screened porch, while enjoying the panoramic views while the sun sets over the nearby pond. A 42 inch HDTV with DVD, VCR and stereo is provided for your entertainment system in the great room. TVs and DVDs are also provided in each bedroom and the breakfast nook. Board games are also provided for family entertainment and an optional linen service is also available.
For the golfers Bear Trap Dunes has a Four Star 27-hole championship golf course featured in Golfer’s Digest, has been voted Best Golf Course at the Beach and was named one of "America’s Best Golf Courses" by Golf Week Magazine. It boasts a luxury clubhouse with practice range, chipping area and putting green. Golf packages are available year-round.
For the family, Bear Trap has a great family feeling. The Bear Trap Village Pavilion, within walking distance of our villa, has an outdoor pool, an indoor lap pool and hot tub, two saunas, four Har-tru clay tennis courts and one asphalt court, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and WIFI. The toddlers in your group also have their own playground within the community on Tulip Poplar Drive. There is also a shuttle service to Bethany Beach (less than three miles away) which runs from 9 AM to 7 PM every half hour from Memorial Day through Labor Day and the shuttle stop is directly across from our villa so there is no need to worry about beach parking!
DiFebo's Bistro on the Green at Bear Trap Dunes offers fine dining for lunch and dinner as well as drinks at the bar after a round of golf. It is also considered one of the premier banquet facilities in the Bethany Beach area.
