This home is perfect for a large group of couples or singles. By my count 6 singles could have their own bed, or 4 couples could easily fit as well. The television in each of the rooms was a nice touch. The hot tub was perfect for soothing skiers achy muscles. The location isn't all of the way up the mountain, so it was close and convenient to the stores and restaurants in Dillon or Silverthorne. The owner of this property is fantastic. He was always quick in answering my emails, good about payments, and understanding of any problems. After my stay at this Townhome, I am definitely talking with this owner prior to any other lodging company in the area. Top notch. I would recommend this property to large families, a couples trip, a guy trip, or a combination of them all. The home was 15 minutes from Keystone and Breckenridge, and was a simple jog to the highway to drive to Vail or Beaver Creek. Had a great time and cannot wait until next year!

What a townhome! Spacious, convenient, and most importantly, AFFORDABLE!!! This townhome is great for a few couples to split among themselves. Skiers or sightseers, Honeymooners or the lovebirds, whatever reason you have to come to Dillon or Silverthorne, this is the property you want. The owner has been absolutely magnificent. He always answered emails in a timely manner, communicated what he needed from renters quite clearly and was very accommodating. The town home has all of the normal towels and linens provided, but there was also a Keurig coffee machine ready to roll, there was oil to use in pans and sugar for your coffee. The owner tries his best to make your stay as convenient as possible. You don't have to buy all of the odds and ends for this townhome. The owner conveniently provides most of what you need. That for me was a huge plus! I would recommend this townhome to anyone. It was fabulous!

This place is better than the description. We stayed with our kids and grandkids. Getting out in the AM for skiing is no problem with all the bathrooms. After skiing, the spa was a wonderful way to unwind. This condo reflects quality throughout. The location couldn't be better. Thanks Dennis.

This home was exactly as Dennis and Lisa advertised it! Very easy to get to, the home was immediately comfortable for our family of 9. The bedrooms were quiet and private, the beds were huge, the bathrooms were beautiful, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the hot tub soothed our aching muscles. Pack lightly since you can conveniently wash clothes. We used the furnace room to warm up our boots and dry our "hang dry" long underwear. The open floor plan on the main floor kept us together eating, playing games, and hanging out, but there was room to escape from each other and find privacy too. We would absolutely return here next time we stay in Summit County. THANK YOU!

We stayed at the condo over spring break with our neighbors. Plenty of room for a total of 8 people (4 kids, 4 adults). Decor was very nice and up to date and condo was extremely clean. Location was great and the ski pass was an extra bonus. Dennis was great to work with and answered all our questions quickly. We would stay here again.

GREAT PLACE! Well apportioned in every way. We slept 8 with comfort. Great Kitchen and Grill for staying in. The place felt brand new. You need a car, but a very convenient location. We were very pleased with the rental and will definitely do it again. Dennis was great to work with a feel him a friend after our dealings.

We love everything about this townhouse. In fact, we spent a week there a few weeks ago and are heading up for a long weekend today. The layout is perfect for two families or 4 couples. It is also completely stocked with everything that you need. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. We love that it is only minutes to shopping for late night runs. It was also very quiet, you can see I-70 but you can't hear it. Dennis was a joy to work with to arrange our trip and was completely available the entire time if any questions came up. The free ski pass is great as well since it gives you a free ticket to anywhere you want to go in Summit County. I would recommend this rental to anyone and already have recommended it a few times.

I felt like I was living in a fairy tale. Nothing in this whole house was done in the cheap. Everything is such high quality and elegant and accommodating and beautiful and clean! The view of the mountains from the balcony will just buckle your knees. Our king size bed felt so good I can hardly describe it. We've been staying at different places for years, but this is the only place I will stay from now on.?

This is a fantastic townhome that will make your stay in Summit County very comfortable, convenient, and relaxing. Everything in the townhome is first-rate from furnishings to amenities. Restaurants, grocery stores, retail shopping, and I-70 are less than five minutes from the door which makes this townhome ideally located. There is plenty of room for large families or multiple couples. Dennis is fantastic to work with, and the ski pass medallion is a wonderful bonus. I highly recommend this gem of a townhome and look forward to coming back to stay here again!

The townhouse exceded our expectations. We loved the roomy bedrooms with flatscreen TV's, the comfortable beds, big closets and all the other amenities like hairdriers, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and extra towels. My family and I stayed here (two adults and three children) for a long weekend in January. It was great! There are 4 comfortable bedrooms each with its own bath, a crib and laundry room. The ski medallion was a nice bonus as well. It was really close to both the shopping in Silverthorne and several ski areas. I would definitely stay here again!

This is an awesome condo. A great place to stay. Excellent location. Keystone, Breckenrigde and Copper Mountain are less than 20 minutes away. The condo is very comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen has everything you need. Every bedroom has it's own full bathroom which was great. Nice outdoor grill on the balcony. And the ski medalion was a great bonus. I highly recommend staying here.

This is a seriously comfortable home. AMAZING location!!! Perfect quick drive(even for a Southerner) to either Breckenridge or Keystone, literally within 10 to 15 minutes. Nice also for those who don't ski to have the outlets within minutes and the rec center, too!! Large enough condo to share with another family and maintain your privacy also! Gorgeous condo with very large bedrooms and bathrooms and great to have WI-FI connection also. Also, VERY nice to have the medallion available for one person in your party to ski free every day!!! Will DEFINITELY come back again!!

My stay in Silverthorne was absolutely wonderful because of our lodging arrangements. We had 13 college students in our group and it was just enough room for all of. This place was wonderful. All the beds were comfortable, even the pull out sofa. The wireless internet, tv's and location made relaxation and enjoyment very easy. My friends and myself skied in Breckenridge for 3 days and the location was perfect, right off of I70, so it was easy to get on and off the highway. Takes about 20 minutes to get to Breck and depending on traffic at the end of the day, maybe 30 minutes. All in all, this condo was a great deal and I would recommend this place to anyone. We will definitely be going back soon.

We had an amazing time in this condo! We enjoyed having large rooms with walk-in closets and beautiful bathrooms! The kitchen worked out great as well, we went to the grocery store and cooked breakfast and dinner for our group everyday. The location was perfect being in the middle of Keystone and Breckenridge and close to many other destinations. What a great view from all around! Thanks again!

What a terrific place in a great location! Our visit took place over the Thanksgiving holiday and was perfect for our needs. With two families and a total of 9 people it worked out great. Being centrally located it allowed us to ski at three different locations, all of which were within 15 minutes! It was well kept and felt like a brand new place. Our families ahd a great time and look forward to returning in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. With three families, we were concerned that it may be a little tight with everyone in one condo, but that definitely was not the case. This home is very spacious and there was plenty of room for everyone. We were impressed with everything about the condo. It is well kept and Dennis was great to work with. Wonderful We went west for a family wedding in early August and it was beautiful. The accommodations were wonderful, nice leather furniture, the young adults loved the saddle stools, lots of king beds, bathrooms in every bedroom (awesome), great bathrooms, linens, well equipped kitchen. My 83 year old Mother was with us and and she gave it the "seal of approval". Thanks for living up to my expectations. If I went back to the area I'd definitely stay here again. Patty

We stayed here last spring break (2009)after our other condo arrangements fell through. We had 3 families and it was WONDERFUL. The owners are fantastic to work with and it is a top notch property. Absolutely everything you need. It's even nicer than the photos. We welcome the opportunity to return anytime. If you like skiing more than one resort, this is the place to stay. We travel alot, are picky and I rarely rate a property this high. Enjoy the this great property on your next trip to the mountains!

(8) of us stayed comfortably for a wedding weekend. The condo is fantastic, within walking distance to the town of Silverthorne. The multitude of bathrooms was perfect for our crew and the kitchen setup was ideal for cooking together and hanging out in the spacious living room. Dennis was in touch to answer any questions we had and even went out of his way to extend the checkout time for us due to an injury to someone in our group. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a mountain getaway.

The townhome was everything we could hope for. It was extremely clean and well appointed. We had 9 people in our party with an age range of 7 - 60. Everyone loved it! We especially liked the fact that there is a room with bunkbeds that accommodated the three kids. They had their own space complete with bathroom and flat screen tv where they could hang out and relax. Although we were not in the area for ski season, we did see how centrally located the townhome is for this activity. We used the lodge as a base for ATVing in the area, and it was perfect. We were able to access a wide variety of trails within minutes of leaving the lodge. The only concern we had initially was parking as we had 3 vehicles as well as a 24' trailer. However, this failed to be a problem. There is an overflow parking area that easily accommodated the trailer. I highly recommend this townhome. It is obvious that the owners have spent a great deal of time making sure their guests will be completely comfortable during their stay.

There were just four of us when we came to Breckenridge, but we rented this place anyway. We figured HECK, why not rent this spacious place that can sleep an army. It's no more expensive than a smaller one! We really enjoyed being next to the Silverthorne Outlets and Copper Mountain ski resort.

This townhome in Silverthorne was more than we had expected. There are comfortable king sized beds all over the place, and every single bedroom has its own full size bathroom. There is a grill outside on the deck that is fabulous. You can definitely tell the owners went all out on this place.

The view over Dillon with the lake and the mountains in the back ground was amazing! All the ski lodges were only minutes away with shopping and great restaurants and bars even closer. This was a beautiful townhome at a prime location. We will be back!!!

This is probably the first place that I have ever stayed where I have found absolutely NO details left unattended! From the furniture, the bedding, and the Calphalon kitchenware to the fabulous showers, the HEATED floors, and the mounted flatscreen tv's in every room, I was blown away!! It was truly the best vacation of my life and I hope to go there again and again! Oh and did I mention that every bedroom has it's own bathroom? It was fabulous from start to finish!

Our family and friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Silverthorne Lodge. Hotel or lodge feel, except you have the entire place to yourself. The lodge is both beautiful and spacious. Only minutes away from the best skiing in the country. The lodge offers you access to Breckenridge and vail.

We've been skiing in Colorado for nearly 20 years and this is the best condo we've ever rented. Dennis is great to work with and is very accommodating. Lots of space and the TV's in every bedroom make it easy for everyone to relax and watch TV. The saddle barstools are a very interesting and unique feature! Entering on the main floor is a real plus for this condo. Love the radiant heated floors (and garage)! I'm not sure we can stay anywhere else now - we're spoiled!

We just got back from staying for spring break and OH MY GOD this place is NICE! There are King sized beds all over the place, every room has its own BIG bathroom, high speed internet, even the garage is heated so your car is warm when you get in it to leave!

The Silverthorne Lodge was the perfect place for our ski vacation! It is located in the perfect spot for whatever you will be doing and is very easy to get to. Keystone, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain ski areas are all just a few minutes away. The silverthorne outlet malls, grocery stores, ski/board rentals, discount lift tickets, movie theater, restaurants, gas stations, post office and lots more are just seconds away. The home is very spacious with great decor and a fabulous view. The living room has a fireplace that will warm you right up after a long day of skiing/boarding. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals. The bedrooms have lots of room with very comfortable beds. The garage is heated so you don't have to clean off and warm up your vehicle in the morning. It also has plenty of room to store your skis/boards, boots, etc. Everything was perfect! We will definately be staying here again! Our vacation was great! Don't pass up on this one!

This is a brand new condo that will be finished for the 2008 skiing season! It is the only place that can accommodate 4 couples with their OWN bathroom!! GREAT!!
