This three story town home was built in the 1990's and was designed to compliment the architecture of the original two-story wooden home. The home is on the pool side of the complex and offers three full bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms.
This first floor offers a cheery sunlit open living room - kitchen floor plan, ½ bath, and washer dryer. A beautiful interior wooden staircase leads to the second floor which offers a second sitting room with sleeper sofa and TV, a bedroom with queen bed, and a full bathroom.
The staircase continues to the third floor which offers two more bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. All bedrooms have lovely views of the pool or garden area.
French doors off the second floor lead to a covered porch which overlooks the pool. There is also nice front porch off the living room which overlooks the pool and garden. Furnishings are tropical, cheery. There is nice art work throughout the home.
This property is offered as an exclusive vacation rental in Old Town Key West. The property will not tolerate smoking inside. The property should be regarded as a retreat like setting. While it is ideal for families and groups to unite, is located in a residential area and definitely not suitable for staging loud parties.
Only well behaved children are welcome. This property is not 'child-proof'. We do not accept guests under 25 years of age unless accompanied by a family group or guardian. |
