This Sea Trail large one bedroom one bath environmentally green vacation condo rental is located in Sunset Beach (1 mile from beach) and overlooks one of the resort's three signature golf courses (Dan Maples, Willard Byrd, and Rees Jones). Sea Trail is 3 miles from Calabash, NC, 5 miles from Ocean Isle Beach, NC and 15 minutes from the city limits of North Myrtle Beach, SC. Two, three and four bedroom condos are also available.
You will find the following in our condo: fully equipped/furnished kitchen, dining room/area, living room with TV & VCR and/or DVD, washer, dryer, screened porch and more. Sea Trail and our condo are great places for families, honeymooners, and vacationers alike.
Sunset Beach was voted "Best Beach on the East Coast" by Duke University and is in the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area. The Grand Strand area hosts numerous "Live Entertainment Theaters" featuring shows by the popular group Alabama, world champion exhibition ice skating and spectacular "Western" shows. The Grand Strand/Myrtle Beach area has already become known as "the Branson of the South."
Sunset Beach & Sea Trail are easily accessible via Interstate 95, Highway 17, and Interstate 40. Driving distances from select major cities are as follows (in miles): Atlanta, GA--356; Chicago, IL--942; Cincinnati, OH--620; Cleveland, OH--673; Detroit, MI--847; Jacksonville, FL--336; Knoxville, TN--395; Louisville, KY--645; MN--1433; Montreal, QB--998; New York, NY--661; Pittsburgh, PA--607; Toronto, ON--868; Washington, DC--423. Under normal driving conditions, it takes 7 hours to drive from Washington, DC, 12 hours from New York, NY and 12 hours from Pittsburgh, PA.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* Check-in time is no earlier than 4:00 PM and checkout time is no later than 11:00 AM.
* Reservations/Cancellation information - $300.00 is required to confirm your reservation for weekly rentals. A deposit of $100 is required for 2-3 day rentals. The balance is due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Full payment is due when your reservation is confirmed if your arrival is less than 30 days away. Personal checks, Visa and MasterCard credit cards are accepted.
Books and movies are available for your reading and viewing pleasure. A number of cookbooks are available for those evenings when you feel like preparing your own meal, and dining in.
Movies, books, etc., vary by unit. A restaurant guide is available with menus from numerous local restaurants. The area has restaurants featuring the following cuisine: Thai, Indian, Chinese, Greek, Italian, German, Japanese, Jamaican, French, and Australian. Any palate can be satisfied.
Linens, departure cleaning, unlimited local calls, utilities and WiFi (for daily & weekly rentals) are included in our rates. Pool/workout room access is available for a nominal charges. Pool access is available at the resort's nominal published rate. The weekly charge for a family of six is currently $80.00 but is subject to change without notice.
Reference pets: while this condo does permit pets, pets must be approved in advance. Dogs must be at least 2 years old. Dogs must also be crate trained.

My husband and I stayed here for a week and loved it. The owner was very friendly and easy to work with. The condo had everything we needed. The location was great. If you love golf it's ideal. We hope to visit in the fall also. Very spacious and clean. Pet friendly-so we were able to take along our Bichon. I would recommend dealing with this owner. Owner was wonderful to work with. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Close to the beach, Myrtle Beach and shopping. Like the keyless entry. Only downside was the woman at the Village Activity Center - when we tried to buy pool passes at the Center, she was a little nasty and told us we couldn't swim there - push her a little cause you can swim if you buy a pool pass, just can't swim for free if you're not an owner (something our owner had told us so we were prepared), and a few other renters told us she said the same thing to them. Overall a lovely place to stay!
Recommended for:Families with young children, age 55+.

After my first visit in 2007 I became a repeat client. The resort is absolutely gorgeous, not to mention peaceful. It's my break away from reality. I've not once had any difficulties booking, whether in advance or last minute. Whenever a beach trip among friends comes up my suggestion is always Sea Trail at Sunset Beach. Only 30 minutes from the outlet shopping and entertainment offered in Myrtle Beach, you'll run out of things to do but my personal favorite is taking a nice run through the neighborhood and relaxing on the screened in porch!

My husband, my dog and I love staying at Sea Trail. It has all the amenities we look for when we want to stay in a resort community. I even had all my wedding guests stay at Sea Trail and I didn't get one complaint! The owner has always been very cooperative and very understanding! We always look forward to our trips to Sea Trail! It is truly our favorite place to stay!

I have stayed at Sea Trail Resort a number of times and we have always been pleased. The owner was very helpful when I was making my arrangements. My daughter and her husband and baby stayed in the mini suite adjoining our unit and it worked out beautifully. The pool was nearby. The units are clean and beautifully decorated. I love the beach at Sunset Beach and it's family atmosphere. We enjoyed the restaurants (Twin Lakes Seafood Restaurant, Chianti's South in Little River, the Sea Captain's House in North Myrtle Beach) and shopping at the Tanger Mall outlets nearby. We had a great time and we will be back! Mary

We have been coming back to this beautiful villa for years. We feel like it is our home away from home. We highly recommend staying here. When you look at the villa's guest book you will note that people from Europe and throughout the country have written of how much they love it too. The villa is super clean and well equipped with everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. The beach is lovely and the shops and restaurants are plentiful. This will be our fourth year staying at this beautiful Sea Trail condo.! We stay for four weeks every spring and wish we didn't have to go home.The condo is beautifully furnished, and has an extremely well equipped kitchen.The pictures and descriptions are very accurate. Gerald always works hard to make sure we have everything we need.Our vacation seems to be important to him and we appreciate that.What can we say about the beach! Gorgeous,especially the Bird Island protected area , where there are no houses! The golf is great. Sea Trail is beautiful, the pool and fitness area immaculate. Everything we need is close by, grocery stores, banks ,quaint one of a kind shopping. No big box stores here! Although you can drive into North Myrtle Beach for those. Our favorite restaurant is a lovely family owned restaurant called Roberto's just a 10 minute drive from the condo. Anything else you want to know just ask Gerald, he's a wealth of information!! .Lou and Judy
