Available for Winter Rental, September 15-May 15. Our place is on New Haven Avenue. The playground and library and BEACH are 3 1/2 short blocks away. 1 1/2 blocks to bus. Great location! After a day on the beach, catch the ocean breeze while reading on the enclosed sunporch, walk or bike on the boards. Atlantic City, Margate City, Ocean City are all close, barbecue on the back patio.... Includes beach badges/beach chairs and boogie boards. 2 Flat screen TVs, nice cable, DVDs, books, bikes available....

Why the Owner Chose Ventnor City
We have been to many beaches in New Jersey.... We love Ventnor! The beach is great, you can walk out far without the drop off to deep water you find at other beaches. We love to bike and walk on the boards while enjoying a refreshing breeze. Everything you might need is close by, public transportation is 2 blocks away, the neigborhood has a deli a block away, just two-three blocks away is Jo Jo's, the Surf Shack, Gelato, the local breakfast cafe, bank.... etc. Love it!
Great Library and playground on the beach. Movies on the sand in the summer.
