Why the Owner Chose Palazzo
We chose to purchase a unit at Palazzo because it was one of the most upscale buildings available. The floor to ceiling views from the unit are absolutely amazing and the selling point in buying our unit.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love the close proximity to Pier Park with all of their quaint and unique shops and restaurants. The West PCB location also provides plenty to do but is a little quieter and less traffic than the East end. We also like the ability to go to Carillion Beach and Seaside for varied shopping and dining.
The destination to be! Lots of quaint shops, restaurants and night-life! Don't miss Margaritaville!
Current fly-in point! The new one will be even closer to Palazzo!
Awesome, quaint, funky restaurant. Perfect for brunch, lunch or dinner. Best Bloody Mary on the beach!
Walk right across the street to a wonderful steak or crab cake dinner. Nice ambience, upscale but not too-too. Soft music in the bar - great deserts!

My husband and I stayed at the Bain's Palazzo condo in May of 2009 with our two adult children and their two friends. This gorgeous condo is located on the desirable west end of Panama City Beach where there isn't a lot of traffic or street noise. The complex had all the amenities that you could desire. There was covered parking, security, helpful employees at the lobby's front desk, a well equipped fitness center, an elevated Gulf-front pool with a spa, and of course a white sandy beach with the spectacular view of the crystal clear emerald waters just a few feet from the building’s front door.The Bain's condo is just like the photos on this VRBO site, ultra luxurious and with the best view of the ocean of any place I've vacationed. Because it is an end unit and has spectacular floor to ceiling windows you get a panoramic view of the beautiful waters of the Gulf. I truly felt pampered in this condo with everything being top-of-the-line from the towels and bed linens to the comfortable beds and high end decor. The layout of the condo afforded us privacy in our bedroom suites, yet we could all be together in the spacious living area. In the mornings we would fix a quick breakfast in the gourmet kitchen so we could get to the pool, the beach, or nearby shopping. Lunch was enjoyed on the balcony listening to the waves crash and watching the dolphins and people go by. This was also my favorite place to read a book and take an afternoon nap. The couple of times the weather didn't cooperate, we enjoyed videos obtained from the lobby or kept in contact with home through the Internet. There are plenty of things to do in the immediate area such as golf, sightseeing, dog races, movie theatres, a mall, and the restaurants are fabulous! My favorite was The Red Bar. Food was excellent and the blue grass band was very entertaining. Oh! The Bloody Marys were the best! The Winn Dixie grocery store and the CVS pharmacy are just across the street. The new pedestrian friendly shopping center, Pier Park, is within sight and walking distance. It is a shopping center with lots of stores and dining. We had some good dinners there too, and enjoyed entertainment in a couple different establishments.This was one of the best vacations we ever had. All ages enjoy the accommodations and the area! If we get the opportunity, we will definitely go back!

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the Bain’s in early November of 2009. The weather was great; sunny and clear. The ocean was a watercolor masterpiece. I have never seen the entire shore dotted with sand islands, but it was. The water was cool to me, but several people were swimming. I did wade an adventurous 3 foot distance to the closest sand island where I was the sole inhabitant… well maybe a few fleet footed Sandpipers raced across the sand, but other than that I ruled my tiny island.After relaxing on the beach all day, it was just as much a pleasure to relax in our home away from home. The home is high enough that we heard no noise and low enough to see all the beachscape and sunsets PCB has to offer, We could see the pelicans diving and the dolphins playing from clear glass of the our palace’s panoramic beach side.The décor was a total emersion in ocean living with the soft beach colors which ranged from ocean hues to the sky blue, comfy sofa to the beach grass table. If the scenery is not enough there is always the huge flat screen TV for entertainment. The Ambassador Restaurant is excellent and just a short walk across the street if you do not want to cook. However, if you have a hankering for a home cooked meal the gourmet kitchen is fully stocked. I love the Murano glass tile as backsplash behind the granite countertops. Sometimes we ended our daytimes on the beach at sunset. Other times we sat on the beach while watching a fantasia of a perfect sunset. We settled into the night with a nightcap while relaxing in the master bedroom Jacuzzi. My only disappointment was that it ended too fast. We cannot wait for our return.

Terri and I stayed at the Bains condo 5/31/09- 6/5/09 We had one of the best times of our lives, The views were spectacular and accomadations were the same. Terri wanted to sell our house in Georgia and move there. One thing that was really nice was the proximity to grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment for adults and children.

We had a wonderful stay in November,2008. The Bain's condo is beautiful from the spa relaxing color scheme to the perfectley selected furniture and decor. The panoramic view from inside the condo and balcony is definitely a must see. The pictures on the website do not do this beautiful condo justice.
