Save $$ renting from a private owner at the Nordic Inn, Lincoln, NH. Fall weekends are booking fast, but there are still a couple available. Some midweek days still available as well. Don't miss the spectacular foliage this season.

This professionally decorated condo is spacious enough for you to really spread out and enjoy. It is large enough for two couples or families to share. The first floor features two large master suites, each with a queen bed and a full private bath. This level also has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a fireplace in the living room with television, VCR and DVD, and two doors leading to the lower deck. The second floor loft features sleeping for 5 with two sets of bunk beds and one twin bed. There is an additional family room on this level with its own TV and DVD player, as well as another full bath. An atrium door leads to the upper deck. Both decks offer a majestic view of the White Mountains.

In the common area downstairs, enjoy the outdoor pool (seasonal) and the indoor and outdoor spas. Also on this level is the game room, where all games are free. These games include ping pong, foosball and air hockey. The exercise room features state of the art exercise equipment, as well as televisions to enjoy while working out. Nearby is a large gathering room with an enormous stone fireplace, large television and VCR. There is also a game table to play table games with friends and family by the large fireplace.

A laundry room is available to all renters. This features new high capacity washers and dryers, and all supplies needed can be purchased at the front desk.

The Nordic Inn is located close to Loon Mountain, and is within walking distance of downtown Lincoln. Enjoy the town's unique shops and eateries, as well as the nationally renowned Papermill Theatre, which features live theatre performances throughout the summer.

The White Mountains offer a variety of both winter and summer activities for the entire family. Enjoy hiking, biking, snowmobiling, rock climbing, polar caves, waterfalls, kayaking, gondola rides, horseback riding, rafting, skate parks and more. WE are close to many family attractions including Whales Tales Water Park, Clarks Trading Post, Hobo Railroad, the Flume Gorge and many more. Outlet shopping in North Consway is a short drive down the Scenic Kancamangus Highway. The Lincoln/Woodstock area offers theatre, a dinner train, and fine eateries and taverns, some with live music and dancing. Don't forget the skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, snowmobiling and snowshoeing in the winter, and the breathtaking foliage in the fall.

Owner Description

Year Purchased: 2003

We are two families who own this condo together. There are ten of us all together. When we bought the unit, our kids ranged in age from 5 to 13. Now they are 11-19, and two are in college. We are big skiing/snowboarding enthusiasts, but we also enjoy hiking in the autumn and swimming in the Pemi River in the summer. It has been a wonderful way for our children to grow up together. It is like a big extended family. We live in neighboring towns in Massachusetts, and really only see each other up in NH. We always have a great time when we are there, and have met some really great people there. It is truly our home away from home.

Why the Owner Chose Lincoln

We purchased this condo because we fell in love with the area. We were originally looking for a seasonal rental, and decided to make it permanent because we wanted to give our children the experience. Since every season in Lincoln is special, we decided that winter just wasn't enough. We have not regretted our decision for an instant.

The Unique Benefits of this Condo

Because our unit is so large, it gives us an opportunity to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The kids have the enire upstairs to themselves, which they love. After a day on the slopes together, they love that they have their own family room with a TV and DVD player. They have their own bathroom and play area as well. They love the independence, and we, as parents, enjoy the relative quiet. We have our own sitting area downstairs where we can enjoy adult conversation. We even have our own deck on our level where we can enjoy a glass of wine and the view. The kids often sun themselves on their upper deck in the summer, and build snowmen in the winter.

We also love that the gameroom and common area are all in the same building. The kids can go down and enjoy the hot tubs and gameroom, and we are very secure in letting them go by themselves knowing they will not have to go outside. It is no fun going into the hot tub and then having to go out into the cold and drive home. It is also a great place for them to meet new friends and enjoy some time outside of the unit.

    • The condo was very roomy, 4 adults and 6 teens! We had a great time, lots to do...hiking, tubing, biking, shopping, etc. The "younger" teens enjoyed hanging out in the lobby area with friends they made from Florida and the older teens liked to walk down main street and get ice cream and pizza. We had great weather. The owner answered all my questions quickly and was very friendly!! We are familiar with the area because we like to ski, so we'll try to rent it again during ski season....very close to Loon!! Thanks!

    • Our vacation this year in Lincoln was one of the best we have ever had. The condo was beautiful, and everything we needed was there. It was very clean, and beautifully decorated. It was nice to have two sitting areas with TVs and VCR/DVD players so the kids could have their own space. It was also great for the kids to have a free game room right downstairs with air hockey and ping pong onsite. They met many other friends their own age. It was very convenient to be able to walk down to the pool or hot tubs whenever we wanted. There was so much to see and do in the area, we could have stayed another two weeks. There were many restaurants withing walking distance, including a little coffee shop for breakfast. The live theatre was one of our best experiences. The shows were very professionally done, and the whole family enjoyed it. We recommend this condo and this area to everyone. It is a wonderful family area.

    • My family really enjoyed your condo. We thought it was very roomy, well kept and comfortable. We stayed for a hot week in July of 2005 and really appreciated the AC and the nice pool. The Nordic Inn staff was very helpful with directions and recommendations for the numerous attractions and restaurants in the area. This was a great place to stay and we had a wonderful vacation.

    • This condo was better than I could have expected and nicer than the hotel rooms I saw in the area. The decorations give it a very cozy and warm feeling, making us feel right at home. In fact, the condo was so nice that my in-laws canceled their hotel room and joined us! They said the condo was ten times better than the hotel room they had booked at a local resort. I would without a doubt rent this condo again if I am ever in the area.

    • Our growing family of Five (2 Adults + 3 small kids) had a fantastic leaf peeping/hiking getaway in the fall of 2003. It is our intent to return every year and now that we've found a place that's alot like home it makes the stay that much more enjoyable. We even enjoyed 70 degree weather a the summit of Loon and managed to get lost in the caves. Looking forward to a encore in 2004.

    • We loved this condo. Four adults and four children, and the accomodations were more than adequate. The condo was nice and clean - a must, and not always true of mountain rentals. It is well outfitted, and nicely decorated. The owners were a pleasure to deal with, and the location was great. Highly recommended.

    • What an awesome place to stay! This condo was well equipped, so tastefully decorated and incredibly clean! The owners were fantastic to work with…so accommodating and thoughtful. We had two couples staying and each couple had their own master bedroom/bath on the main floor. There was room in the loft for many more! We were centrally located for our fall foliage tour of the New England States. The scenery was fantastic and there is so much to do. We highly recommend this condo!!
