Situated in La Reserva de Marbella within a private gated community, surrounded by tropical gardens beside one of the many swimming pools in the complex. Fully furnished and equipped for self catering with cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, DVD player, etc. Air conditioning throughout. Large south facing terrace. Fuengirolla and Marbella are 15 min away by car. Cabopino marina with its restaurants and bars is 2 km down the road and boasts one of the best beaches on the Costa. Other large towns within commuting distance are Banelmadena with its world famous marina and Puerto Banus, the playground of the rich and famous. The night life in these towns is terrific with countless restaurants offering a wide variety of cuisine. The area is also a mecca for golfers being as it is adjacent to courses at Cabopino Golf, Santa Maria, Santa Clara, Mijas, La Cala and Santana. Great shopping also, especially the huge Miramar complex at Fuengirola and the El Corte Inglés in Puerto Banus.
Accommodation: The main bedroom contains a large double bed with sliding wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be joined if preferred. There are also sliding wardrobes. Both bedrooms are air conditioned, as is the apartment throughout. The bathrooms are complete with toilet, bidet, wash basin, bath and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge and washing washing machine. There is a television in the lounge with a home cinema system and there's an additional DVD player in the main bedroom. The large terrace faces south and has a patio table with six chairs for outside entertaining with an additional two loungers for sun bathing.
Security: The apartment is on the first floor with easy access by lift. Underground parking is available.
Car Hire: Car hire is relatively cheap in Spain and the owner can be contacted if car hire is required. For any car hire you will require an international drivers licence.

La Reserva de Marbella is just off the main coastal highway (the A7) at Las Chapas near Puerto Cabopino with its pretty marina. There are several bars and restaurants on the marina as well as on the beach which is a brief walk away. The area is adjacent to the districts of Calahonda and Elviria and close to one of the biggest hospitals on the coast. It's also on the main bus route between Fuengirolla and Marbella. The apartment is within easy access to local supermarkets and shops and is very close to the many surrounding golf courses. The Sierra Nevada mountain range in Granada is about two hours away by car where it is possible to ski in the Winter months.
