This cozy, comfortable, 3 bedroom, 2nd floor duplex is in immaculate condition in a quiet family oriented neighborhood just steps from the bay and a 3 block walk from the ocean. The living room, bedrooms and hallway have just been freshly painted. The outside deck which overlooks nice gardens and large pine trees is a perfect place for that morning cup of coffee as you plan your day and you can view a little slice of the bay through the trees. We have lovely sunny days and you can enjoy the magnificent sunsets overlooking Manahawkin Bay at the end of the street- - steps away.
Restaurants, gift shops, hair/nail salons and food specialty shops are near by as well as the entire length of the island. If you like to jog, walk or bike this is the place to do it. Surf City also has a clean guarded bay beach which is excellent for small children and for those looking for a swim in calm waters.
LBI has 18 miles of beautiful beaches with fun activities for everyone. Surf City is conveniently located close to the causeway at the entrance to LBI and 45 min. to Atlantic city. Bring your family and let the fun begin!!
