This cozy, comfortable, 3 bedroom, 2nd floor duplex is in immaculate condition in a quiet family oriented neighborhood in the northern area of Surf City. We are just steps from the bay and a 3 block walk to the ocean. The living room, bedrooms and hallway have just been freshly painted. The outside deck which overlooks nice gardens and large pine trees is a perfect place for that morning cup of coffee as you plan your day and you can view a little slice of the bay through the trees. We have lovely sunny days and you can enjoy the magnificent sunsets overlooking Manahawkin Bay at the end of the street- - steps away. If you have a knowledge of sailing we can provide a Sunfish for your use --launch it right from the end of the street!!
Restaurants, gift shops, hair/nail salons and food specialty shops are near by as well as the entire length of the island. If you like to jog, walk or bike this is the place to do it. Surf City also has a clean guarded bay beach which is excellent for small children and for those looking for a swim in calm waters.
LBI has 18 miles of beautiful beaches with fun activities for everyone. Surf City is conveniently located close to the causeway at the entrance to LBI and 45 min. to Atlantic city. Bring your family and let the fun begin!!

Wonderful place to unwind!

We are return customers! It's a beautiful place to unwind and relax. The hosts are GREAT and were a bonus to our stay. The bay is almost in your backyard and the ocean is an easy walk in the other direction. My favorite spot is on the second floor balcony taking in the beautiful view and breathing in that great, clean, ocean air. Can't wait for our next visit!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

Accomodations in this cozy duplex are squeaky clean, tastefully decorated, and wonderfully breezy. The view from the deck is outstanding! If you are looking for a comfortable, family-friendly place to rent, this is it!! The ocean is just a short jaunt and the bay is three houses away. Sea birds, sea breezes and cool nights are all yours!
