  I spent several days shopping for a condo on Maui and landed on this beautiful piece of property. Everything about this condo is as described. It was light, airy and beautifully decorated and had all the comforts of home. The view was spectacular. We completely enjoyed the lanai and will share a fabulous photo with the owner to post. The beaches were close by so we were able to snorkel at several places during our week and indulge in the great beaches. Our adult daughters 21 and 24, actually slept upstairs in what would be the master BR as it had dual bathroom sinks and no BR door. We stayed in the BR downstairs with the door and enjoyed more privacy. Both pools were lovely to relax by and read a good book. We spent more time resting and enjoying family time with our sis and her hubby who live nearby on the island. We BBQ'd and ate on the lanai often. When we arrived the AC was out upstairs which they had a note explaining, and the awning crank was loose. The mgmt company came the next day and fixed it all with no disruption to our vacation at all. I loved the welcoming touch. I strongly recommend this property.

  BEAUTIFUL ACCOMODATIONS, GREAT VIEW CLOSE TO BEACH'S AND HARBOR. CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN YET NOT TO CLOSE. QUIET AND RELAXING. CONDO ASSOC. KEEPS GROUNDS IMMACULATE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY!!!!!

  We really like being in Kihei. The pace and style suits us. This complex is well kept and in particular this unit. It is well decorated. It is just what we need. Really! The view from the lanai is beautiful, especially for sunsets, and morning coffee. There are some beach things in the storage which means we didn't have to buy our own and leave it behind. There is a nice selection of books. The wifi/broadband is great for the few minutes of communicating each day. You can have confidence staying here! We do!

  We have stayed at this property for the last 3 years and love it. The view is fantastic. With the awning over the lani it is like another room. We eat all our meals there rain or shine. We have always found the condo to be clean and well equiped. Anytime we have had questions the owner is always helpful and prompt to reply. We will definelty be staying in this unit many more times.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers.

  We had a wonderful time in Maui! The condo was great. We lost one day due to replacing shades, but other than that it was wonderful.

  We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful condo. The view was simply spectacular! We enjoyed it every AM with coffee and every PM with wine. We found your home away from home very well equipped and comfortable. We slept better here than at home. The complex grounds are beautful and very well kept. Hope to be back enjoying the Maui sunsets soon.

  Hello to all! This is our condo and the comments you see on this page came directly out of our guest book in the condo.   This home has been a blessing to my husband and I. We found great peace and were comfortable fom the moment we entered your home. Thank you for sending the birds to wake us up and remind us to go outside. We will be returning to this unit as it's our favorite condo ever. Thank you for opening your home to us.

  Your tastefully decorated condo certainly is warm and cozy. The view is indeed spectacular. We had an amazing 2 months in Maui, each time we create more beautiful memories with family and friends. Your condo is a wonderful place to stay. Much mahalo!
