I've been visiting Ocean City for years and I've rented other townhomes in this private gated community called Sunset Island. Once I discovered the very private atmosphere, luxury accomodations, furnishings and amenities in this beautiful home I was sold. This home has outstanding views of the canal and bay, breathtaking sunsets from the three decks and off street private garage parking included. The facilities available in the community are outstanding like the Fitness Center, Indoor & Outdoor pools and Cafe. Off street private garage parking is included. Whether it's a couples getaway for my wife and I or my entire family for a summer vacation we always enjoy our stay. I come twice a year and the house is kept updated and excellently maintained. I book early every year to make sure I don't miss my opportunity for another stay.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car.

We love Ocean City in the summer but thought we would push back our vacation to early October for a change of place. What a great call. Everything still open but a little less crowded. The house was beautiful and HUGE. It was great having an indoor pool for the kids. The location was perfect and the interactive fountain was absolutely breathtaking.
