A flagstone path leads to the main house, newly remodeled with rich hardwood floors and fresh paint. The great room provides the primary living space for the main house. With high ceilings and an abundance of windows, this bright, airy room is a delightful environment to share time with friends and family. The gourmet kitchen will surpass the expectations of any cook, with Viking appliances, dual sinks, custom cabinetry, beautiful tile work, and a large island enabling groups to enjoy cooking, eating and lounging together. A large plasma television, surround sound stereo system, and wood burning fireplace provide ample entertainment.
The master bedroom is slightly raised and very private, with a delightful ensuite bath. Two bedrooms on the lower level have a Jack and Jill bath, both with doors leading out to the backyard area. From these rooms the media room is easily accessible. With a large entertainment system, DVD collection, foosball table and games, the media room creates a fun space for adults and kids alike. A futon and sleeping sofa provides extra sleeping space as well.
Just a few yards away lies our one bedroom guest house, with its own bathroom, kitchen and laundry facilities. This charming cottage offers its own independent space perfect for extended family members, nannies and guests. A large outdoor deck provides an ideal eating and lounging area close to the outdoor gas grill. The pool and grotto is surrounded by tropical landscaping; the rockwork and waterfall creating a setting similar to a Hawaiian paradise.
