This unit is a gulf front unit on the second floor of the first midrise building, easy access to the beach without the hassle of elevators. New doors and windows installed with new furnishings, and tile throughout. Two swimming pools, one is indoor/outdoor and is heated. There is a spectacular view of the Gulf and the pool from the balcony and bedroom
. On site fitness room, Sauna, game room, bike and boat rentals, and fishing docks are available with boat launching on Lake Powell. On- site parking area available for your water craft.
Also there is a Pool side snack bar serving 'stuff 'you like to eat at the beach. The fishing dock on Lake Powell has been recently re-done.
Camp Helen State Park and protected sand dunes are adjacent to Pinnacle Port, which adds to the private pristine beaches.
Visit the newly built Pier Park only 10 minutes away for dining, shopping,and entertainment.

Well furnished one bedroom condo with outstanding view of gulf. Furniture is comfortable, well maintained and the condo's location is excellent. The two pools are within an easy walk - beach just below you. Elevator is a short walk from the condo. Pinnacle Port property is well maintained and staff and the owner were extremely accomodating. While we were there we took a Blue Dolphin trip to swim with dolphins - the staff and the trip were wonderful. Enjoyed eating at Boar's Head, Great Southern in Seaside, Bayou Bill's and Spicy Noodle. We want to return - tomorrow!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

You simply can not find a better unit in all of North West , FL,the condo unit is so comfortable that it makes the beach much better, great view of the Gulf, pool and beach goers. dinning on the terrace is a plus. Love this location! When we used the balcony we felt like we were sitting on the beach. We enjoyed this condo. Very clean and well kept and just perfect for the two of us. Everything in and around the area was just as it was listed and even more! Loved Powell Lake too! This community is gated and very secure. Jim is a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend this listing. We were just there July '11 and I wish I could go back tomorrow! Had a great time at Pinnacle Port. Your condo is just as pictured. We loved being right on the beach but would have liked to get a map of the Carillon Resort so we knew where things were. Your website gives the information needed but unfortunately we did not take a laptop with us. After a couple of days of wandering around we found things though. Jim, you should know that there was no umbrella found. The family says we will definitely come back to PCB.Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway.

Just returned from our trip to panama city beach and your condo.It's a great condo and pefect for two people.I love the way it is decorated. We had a great time. The beach was beautiful and free of oil.I love the beach and always see Gods work,when I look at the ocean.I feel spirtually renewed and of course enjoyed being wih my family and watching my grandson play baseball.We would consider your condo if we return next year,Thank you again and God Bless, S.W.Did you find this review helpful? We had a wonderful week at the beach-beautiful water,sand and weather.! Once again, your condo was perfect.Our grandchildren stayed in a 3-bedroom in the tower, so we spent many hours together,enjoying all. We had a very relaxing vacation at Pinnacle Port.Just close enough to the " Activity " but could get away from it as well without traveling too far.Had some great meals, in & out. The location is perfect, only thing better would be a hot tub!! About the owner: I retired in 1998, My wife passed away in 2003. I have one daughter,married with two children. My grandson is 17 and my grandaughter 15. Both are active competition swimmers and enjoy the beach and pools and all the activities that are so close.They said they had their best ever vacation memories here at Pinnacle Port. We made several improvements and upgrades to the unit before we started renting in 2002. We loved sailing and one day, hoped to cruise the Gulf of Mexico and the Bahamas from this area.
Why the Owner Chose Pinnacle Port:
My wife and I had friends that rented to us first. We loved the pristine beach and that the property was away from the congestion of Panama City Beach. It was the view and the beach that made us decide we were ready for our own vacation get-away. We named it 'Donovans Reef' after the John Wayne,movie of the same title made in 1963,also the year we were married.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
There is so much to do here for recreation: fishing,boating,tennis,swimming,entertainment,or just relax on the beach! The days are always filled with activities for your family. There are a wide variety of restaurants and shopping in the area (ie:Pier Park). It is my family's 'Quiet Little Corner of the World'.There are 2 on site Pools, 1 is heated,other is just in view from the outside front balcony.The other is in view of the inside balcony.
