You simply can not find a better unit in all of North West , FL,the condo unit is so comfortable that it makes the beach much better, great view of the Gulf, pool and beach goers. dinning on the terrace is a plus. Soo close to the beach and you dont need an elevator. We cannot get the sand out of our shoes, Will be back in the Spring.2012

Love this location! When we used the balcony we felt like we were sitting on the beach. We enjoyed this condo. Very clean and well kept and just perfect for the two of us. Everything in and around the area was just as it was listed and even more! Loved Powell Lake too! This community is gated and very secure. Jim is a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend this listing. We were just there July '11 and I wish I could go back tomorrow! Dreama from Louisville

Had a great time at Pinnacle Port. Your condo is just as pictured. We loved being right on the beach but would have liked to get a map of the Carillon Resort so we knew where things were. Your website gives the information needed but unfortunately we did not take a laptop with us. After a couple of days of wandering around we found things though. Jim, you should know that there was no umbrella found. The family says we will definitely come back to PCB.

Just returned from our trip to panama city beach and your condo.It's a great condo and pefect for two people.I love the way it is decorated. We had a great time. The beach was beautiful and free of oil.I love the beach and always see Gods work,when I look at the ocean.I feel spirtually renewed and of course enjoyed being wih my family and watching my grandson play baseball.We would consider your condo if we return next year,Thank you again and God Bless, S.W.

We had a wonderful week at the beach-beautiful water,sand and weather.! Once again, your condo was perfect.Our grandchildren stayed in a 3-bedroom in the tower, so we spent many hours together,enjoying all. My family and friends had a neat time as we really need a break from school.!!! we soaked up some sun and had great food. we grew closer as friends. We rented a pontoon boat and went to shell island Also went shopping at Pier Park. I grew up here so this condo is always special to come here. Spring break is always the most special vacation and most needed.: The Goofy Gang, Maddie, Garrett, Megan,and Luke (and the Moms Too)

We had a very relaxing vacation at Pinnacle Port.Just close enough to the " Activity " but could get away from it as well without traveling too far.Had some great meals, in & out. Well, here we are again. Lots of stuff to do around here and in the condo..kept us busy and out of trouble. Weather conditions could have been better, can't remember a time when we reached 20 degrees,. only one. Already looking forward to next year.God willing. Stay Safe, (The Piper) Note: these folks have stayed in my condo during the winter months for the past four years.

We had a great time here at "PP" .We have never been this far down in PCB but this is where we will stay from now on.It was so peaceful & relaxing. The condo is so pretty with a wonderful view. Everthing was great! We even had a Manatee swimiming up to us in the shallow water this morning.The beach patrol was driving by and and talking thru his megaphone not to be alarmed by it. It was so cool! Thanks again for letting us stay here. We will be back soon.

We made it back again !! we had an awesome time even though we had more red flag days.Our 20 month old son has his first little tan and our daughter looks lite the coppertone girl, Again this year, we built sandcastles.both children picked up many sea shells. The condo is a wonderful place to stay and we are comtemplating a return trip to this little place of paradise. thanks for the use of your beautiful place. Covington GA
