We can't express on how beautiful the place and views were. Eating on the balcony to long walks on the beach. I recommended this place to all my friends. The upkeep is remarkable. This is about the cleanest condo that I ever stayed in. Going to the sunset grille to eat and see the amazing sunset. Will be making a yearly vacation to this spot.

My husband had a great stay at Chris and Kerry's place. We were there over thanksgiving and there was tons to do and location was great for sightseeing and riding bikes into town every mornin to grab a great breakfast treat from the local bakery. It was nice being in a place that felt like home for the holidays! Will definitely be going back again in 2012!

My husband and I love the OBX, and try to visit every year. Because it's just the two of us, we usually stay in a B&B for a few days. However, last summer we decided to explore staying in a condo for a week, and boy, did we make the right decision. This condo is a gem! Located very close to the beach and local shops/restaurants, we could walk to everything. And, what beautiful views from the condo deck! The condo was very clean and charming, and the owners were very pleasant to work with. We will 100% be back in the future!

There is absolutely nothing wrong with this condo and there is absolutely everything right about it!! Great weather, great views and so close to beach walking. This is a gem. Easy to deal with the owners. Fair price. Dining while overlooking a magnificient ocean made staying home a joy. No hesitation in recommending this condo to friends or relatives or to the world wide web...

The condo was great. So nice to find a one room place right on the ocean. The 4 flights of stairs were doable but just be aware of them. The views were beautiful and the condo was so light and airy because of all the windows. We didn't have good weather but had a good time anyway. The condo is nicely decorated with comfy and pretty furniture. The whole place was very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, dishes, toaster, etc. The balcony is a good size and we did get to enjoy a bit of sun out there. We will definitely rent again. Oh, also, appreciated to be able to rent by the day in the off season. Chris was also very helpful in answering any questions we had. The whole rental process went very smoothly. We lived on the Outer Banks for 11 years and rented cottages for many years before moving there. I worked for a rental company while living in Kitty Hawk and had seen many properties both good and bad. This is a charming unit with a beautiful view of the morning sunrises and just a short walk to the beach over the dune walkway. This unit was the best equipped place we had ever stayed in - they thought of everything! Very clean and well maintained - furniture was perfect. Chris and Kerry have done a bang up job! The deck had a table, four chairs and two rockers where we were able to while away the morning and afternoons. Perfect place for a small family.

8/1/10-8/8/10 We had a fabulous stay in this condo. It was beautifully decorated and very well equipped. The unit was just as described in the ad. We would recommend this condo to anyone. Chris and Kerry were prompt in replying to our reservation request, and very easy to work with, with all communication being done over the internet. We did not have to pack chairs for the beach, as the storage closet had plenty.

We truly enjoyed this beautiful condo on the beach. It was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The views are incredible and the owners could not have been more helpful. My husband, grown son and I surf fished everyday and caught many kinds of fish. We have been coming to the Outer Banks since the 1970's and this was perfect for the three of us. The restaurants in town were close and had excellent seafood dinners. We spent 7 beautiful days on the beach, swimming, walking, fishing, and sunning. We will be back next year. Pretty place in a pretty spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The size is perfect for a small family, had all appliances and dishes necessary for home dinners, and my daughter had a lot of fun with the kid-sized "table" in the corner. The owners are helpful and detailed. The view is wonderful and the location quiet (at least when we were there.) I have already recommended this to several friends and hope to return for years to come. The only "negative" is all those stairs!
