This Condo is only suitable for a couple--take your own coffee mugs, there was 1 there and 3 small cups-no cleaning supplies left for tenants and this condo compared to others at Cape Roc is unfashionably furnished. I see the real estate has removed the "telephone" amenity, I was lead to believe there was a landline for incoming calls--make sure you have an unlimited plan! Cape Roc itself is great but don't spend your money on this place. Forget the full sofa--when its pulled out you have so much furniture to move it's impossible to get in and out--again-only a couple
