Visit Panama City Beach and enjoy a glorious sunrise from our 7th floor condo. The view is private and all gulfront. Private because our unit is NOT directly across from another CONDO. Specifically, nobody can see into the living room of our condo.(Unless they are in a boat on the Gulf of Mexico with binoculars)! Plus you are just steps away from the world famous white sugar sand beaches of Panama City Beach. Our condo is situated directly above one of three pools. One pool is heated in the winter months.
We remodeled and upgraded our condo in June 2008. Enjoy the new furniture, stove, cabinets,a granite counter top, kitchen sink,new linens, and windowcoverings. The Sunbird is gated for your safety and security. On the whole, The Sunbird is in a prime location that offers something for everyone.
You can walk right next door to Pineapple Willys restaurant and try the best ribs on the beach. In addition,enjoy live blues and jazz at Pineapple Willy's "Pier Bar".Other attractions nearby include, restaurants and shopping at the NEW PIER PARK shopping center. Pier Park restaurants include Jimmy Buffets Margaritaville (live entertainment nightly),and many unique shops. Signal Hill public golf course is directly across the street from the Sunbird.
Other attractions are mini-golf, black-light minigolf,two super clubs, Go-Kart tracks, movie theater, Ripley's Believe-It-or Not, Captain Andersons Marina and restaurant,Pirate cruises,Dinner Cruises,St. Andrews State Park,Shell Island,and Gulf World.
For a nice atmoshphere and good food try the BoatYard Restaurant. Go before 6:00 or after 8:00 P.M. and don't forget to try BoatYards AWESOME "key lime pie on a stick". Lastly, Walmart is literally just around the corner.

We really enjoyed our trip; we would love to return sometime but don't know when right now. The sunset was especially beautiful; you don't get that on the Atlantic coast! We found the traffic was not bad, and the beach was never crowded. The seaweed was a little annoying, but not so bad you couldn't enjoy the water. We did go to Gulf World; we thought it was enjoyable but a bit expensive. We played golf at the Pirate course (can't remember the name). I enjoyed snorkeling at St. Andrews better than anything else! The elevators & parking were fantastic at the Sunbird. All in all a great trip. The keyless entry will be a great addition. We hope to visit again. Thank you for your graciousness. Take care,

We enjoyed our stay at your condo. Great being right on the beach and a great location to restaurants and attractions. One of our favorite restaurants was Angelo's...great food and very close to condo. Condo was very clean and accomodating. Great price! Would definitely recommend staying here. Had a great time!!! Thanks Ray and Kim for allowing us to stay here.

The location of this condo was great! The view was amazing! It is what you see on the pictures! The view of the beach and the ocean is wonderful!! The owners are so helpful! I would definately recommend this property! Pineapple Willy's is fun along with alot of activities and shopping nearby! We will go back!

We stayed in this great condo April 2010 and it was wonderful. We enjoyed a beautifully decorated unit - just as it had been reflected on the internet. We found the location great with resturants and shopping close by. The owners were very accomodating and made certain we had a wonderful stay at PCB. We would definitely recommend renting from Ray and Kim!

Kim, We loved the condo! The view every morning and night was awesome. There are many good places around the condo to eat without getting into all of the traffic;LOVED Mellow Mushroom! Joe and Alex enjoyed riding their bikes around and playing Putt-Putt. Even on the day it rained, I was content sitting in the condo and/or sitting on the balcony watching the ocean. Oh! On our first evening we went walking up the beach and were greeted by 3 Manta Ray; the next day we saw Dolphins...all very close to the beach. It was an awesome vacation and we hope to return soon.
