There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs, and one half-bathroom downstairs. There is a shower outdoors for post-beach cleanup. Nine tons of split-unit air conditioning keep this house comfortable year round.
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood of Rincon, a cozy surfing/tourist town on Puerto Rico's western coast. This one-stop-sign town varies from sleepy (during the off season) to intense (during the surf season). You can find everything from *fine* dining (the famed Fodor-listed Horned Dorset is a 5 minute drive up the street), beachside bars, and many cuisines, all within minutes of the house.
