Our two week vacation was the best we have ever experienced because of the weather, but more importantly, because of the quality of condo that John has made available. Everything you could ask for and more was provided. We truly felt at home an look forward to returning one day soon. And, the view is unbelievable!

Since our first stay in this beautiful condo was such a great time, terrific location & awesome views of the bay/gulf, we stayed here again! The owner is always keeping this place up to date and we were the first to enjoy the fabulous remodeled kitchen!!! Because the weather didn't cooperate during our stay, we had to spend even more time than usual inside. We were extremely thankful that this condo has all the luxury features and more of our own home to enjoy that we still had a nice vacation. I can not express enough that this condo is well worth the rental and the Regatta is very nice condo community, prime location and a quick walk to the beach. Thank you again for letting us rent your beautiful condo!

Ideal Condo for Family in Vanderbilt Beach Area

My family and I loved this condo. We stayed here with extended family- there were 4 adults and 2 young kids total. The condo was open and spacious. It was in great condition & well maintained and was well stocked- whatever we needed was already there. We only needed to buy groceries. The owner included almost everything needed for a beach vacation- beach chairs, towels, toys, etc.- we didn't need to pack much. The complex has a resort style pool that our kids never wanted to leave. The location was excellent- it really was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. There are also grocery stores & restaurants within a 20 minute walk. The owner made the rental process easy and he was very helpful answering several questions promptly. All the adults agreed that this was one of the most relaxing vacations we've taken in years. We look forward to returning.

This will be short: fantastic place and the owner! We visited in May 2011 for 10 days. The condo is great, clean, well designed, true to the photos posted. Very short walk to the beach and 30 min walk to Whole Foods (we wanted to be within a walking distance to both and got precisely that). Owner is very discrete and helpful, provided us with baby crib and high chair too:) (we traveled with 1.5 year old). We enjoyed our stay quite a lot! (It was our first time using VRBO.)

This was an outstanding property. Everything was well decorated, very clean, great location, incredible views. It surpassed all of our expectations. The pool was awesome, the walk to the beach was very short, and location was great. We will be very likely to return on our next trip to Naples. I am the type of person that usually does not leave a review, but I thought this place was so nice, that I owed it to the owners. A+++

Wonderful Family Vacation!

Our family stayed at the Regatta condo in March of 2011 and had a wonderful time. First and foremost, we felt the owner was extremely prompt, polite, and helpful with all matters relating to the rental of the unit. The condo was beautiful and in great condition. Everything was very clean with updated, modern furnishings. We have three little kids and stayed here with my parents as well. It was a perfect layout for all of us. The pool was perfect for little kids as well as adults. We were originally concerned that the property was not directly on the beach; however, it was such a short walk to Vanderbilt beach that it was not an issue at all. We had a fabulous time and hope to stay there again this coming year! You can't go wrong.

Better than staying at the Ritz!

This was our 13 year visiting Naples & we usually stay at the Ritz and a family friend's "older" condo. This was our 1st time using VBRO and yes, we were a bit nervous. The owner was fantastic to work with, answered all my questions promptly and his condo was truly top notch. All his photos were totally acurate, but the unit even looked more amazing in person. The views were gorgeous, beds were comfortable and the condo was modern yet cozy. It is not your typical "old, boring Florida look". The decor was very unique, looked like a decorators show home and I loved it. There was so much space that it really felt like home. It is very well cared for and has all the items you would need for a vacation! The pool area with the water fall was so peaceful. Walk to the beach was only about 7 minutes. The Regatta is located in a prime area of Naples with everything so close-shopping, dining, beach~whatever that you would need. If you are looking to rent a condo, trust me, this one should be the top of your list!!! There maybe others less expensive, but this unit is on a higher level with great views, away from noise of the pool and in pristine condition. IT IS WELL WORTH THE MONEY! Even from the lanai, we saw dolphins in the bay nearly every day and the sunsets were spectacular. It was extremely hard having to leave this condo, but we look forward to coming back!

This condo is exceptional ! The furnishings are beautiful and the unit is meticulously maintained. The condo views are wonderful. General location of the complex is convenient to beach, restaurants and shopping. The owner is wonderful to work with. We would love to return !!

This was one of the best vacations ever. Naples is absolutely beautiful! We would highly recommend staying at this condo. The condo exceeded our expectations, we didn't want to return home. The furnishings and decorating is amazing. Everything is top notch and the view is breathtaking. We can't wait to return.
