This year-round, chalet style home is located in Bartlett, NH, just minutes from Storyland, Attitash Ski Mountain, and the downtown area of North Conway. Our house is situated in a quiet neighborhood that shares beach rights to a private beach on the Saco River.
This property offers (5) bedrooms/(2) bathrooms, a living room area that opens to an eat-in kitchen with counter and stools - complete with a woodstove. The living room area is located on the upper level of the home and has a television with cable and a DVD player. It also has a set of double sliding glass doors which lead out to the deck that runs the length of the house. There are several chairs for relaxing on the deck along with a gas grill.
There is also a separate playroom area on the upper level that has a door which can be closed for privacy. There is another television in this room that also has cable, a vcr/dvd player and surround sound. A stereo is located within this room. For the summer months, there is a large floor model air conditioning unit that cools the upstairs living areas.
The bedrooms are located in the lower level of this house as it is a chalet style home. One of the bedrooms offers a daybed with a trundle and this room also has a television in it with cable and a dvd player. The largest bedroom has a king size bed, two rooms have queen sized beds, and one room has a set of bunk beds which also stores the washer/dryer stand up unit.
We've found that this is an ideal spot for two families vacationing together. Located in the heart of Mt. Washington Valley, there is plenty to do to keep busy!

We had a wonderful time in the mountains. Owner was VERY easy to get along with and get a hold of with random questions. (Thank you) Very convenient to Santa's Village/Story land/Attitash etc. and ride over to Kancamangus on Bear Notch Road. Drive or walk down to Saco. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved the convenience of the WiFi and two separate Family room areas. 4 adults and 6 kids :) Thanks for a great time. Looking forward to next year.!

We just returned from spending a week at this house. The property is exceptionally clean and well provisioned. Our group include Nana and Papa, son and wife, daughter and husband, and five little boys from 1 1/2 to 5 1/2. There was plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the big deck and the fact that the boys could not get off without going through the house. Great kitchen with great appliances. We all loved the private beach on the Saco, especially the boys. This house is very close to Storyland as well as an easy trip to Santa's Village. There is easy access to North Conway and the Kancamagus. Great restaurants in the area. The owner is very accommodating. We have rented several homes over the years in this area and this is by far the best. We are hoping to return next year. Thank you to the owners for allowing us to rent your great house.

We just vacationed together with our children and my sister's family! The house was so clean and well stocked! Convenient to everything! We went jogging every morning, and our husbands took our children and our dogs to the river daily as well as a close by hiking trail. We rented canoes from the place up the street, paid $10 for the shuttle service and had a fantastic time down the Saco River! Visited Cranmore for another great day and Clark's Trading Post (only an hour away taking Bear Notch Road to Kangamangus) Again, the house was exceptionally clean and had plenty of room for all (4 adults, 4 children and 2 dogs). Loved it! Thanks for a great vacation!

We just returned from our weeklong vacation and wanted to say how wonderful it was to stay here. We've rented many times before in the White Mountain area, but this property was by far the nicest and cleanest. The 5 bedroom house has ample space for two families and is central to all White Mountain amenities. We absolutely loved the close proximity of the Saco River and various hiking trails. To boot, the house is fully stocked with cookware, blankets, towels and linens. I also think it's worth mentioning that I suffer from allergies and was not bothered whatsoever - carpets were exceptionally clean and there were no musty odors at all in the lower level where the bedrooms were located. Great for those who love to hike and enjoy the outdoors with their families and friends. Thank you for a fabulous vacation - we loved this house and hope to stay again!

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful vacation home for an extended Father's Day weekend getaway. Our group consisted of 4 adults and 3 toddlers under the age of 3 and this place was perfect for us. The pictures really don't do the recent renovations justice - the upstairs living area is gorgeous and comfortable. We loved the separate play room where the kids could make a total mess with their toys, listen to their own music and have fun while the adults could keep an eye on them, but be in the other living area or around the kitchen table, listening to our music on a separate sound system, etc. The upstairs had the perfect mix of open space, yet separation - perfect for families. Downstairs, the bedrooms were clean and the beds were comfy. 4 of the 5 rooms we were able to fit a Pack and Play in, so each kid had their own room, and the couples each had their own room. It was ideal for us! We loved the Saco River beach area, and the proximity to StoryLand and North Conway. The owners were so friendly and thoughtful, the kitchen was stocked with every utensil, cookware, or container you could need. We appreciated the toys and books for the children that were in the playroom too. We would definitely stay here again and are hoping to do so next summer. The house exceeded our expectations for space, comfort, and cleanliness. Thanks so much!

We had SUCH a great time. Stayed the last week in July..there were four adults, five kids and a dog and we had TONS of room. This house is close to everything, (minutes to Storyland) and there is a great neighborhood beach on the Saco so bring your tubes and float the day away, we did!!! The house has everything you could possible need on your vacation. We are booking again for next summer very soon. Thanks for "the best time of my life" (Kyle age 11)
