Our 1500 sq. ft condo home has a hot tub, BBQ grills, lighted tennis courts and a pool adjacent to the back patio. Located on the ground floor of a beautifully landscaped two-story complex built adjacent to a greenbelt. Both bedrooms feature queen-size beds, private bathrooms, and patios. The dining room seats 6-8 plus an eating area in the kitchen as well as counter seating for two. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and baking. New stacked washer & dryer are conveniently located in the large kitchen.
July of 2011 we remodeled and installed beautiful 18" diagonal tile floors (except for bedrooms) new BA faucets, new toilets, WIFI, new towel bars, new coffee pot, new lamp shades and new flat screen TV in the LR. There is a telephone in every room, the grounds are beautifully landscaped and very quiet!
Enjoy long walks along miles of paved paths from our complex through the city of Scottsdale or play golf on any of 100 courses within 30 min. of our condo. Find world-class shopping, 3 casinos, wonderful restaurants, and breathtaking views, all within minutes of our condo in the Scottsdale area. This condominium has it all. It is completerly furnished with 5 separate patio areas and sliders. The view is great and only a very few steps take you to the pool, tennis courts, or green walkway. There is easy access to all shopping needs and the 101 Freeway is close by to get one quickly to Old Town Scottsdale or any part of Phoenix or beyond.The very hospitable owners live nearby and are readily available for any questions or other assistance. In addition, there are books and pamphlets within the appartment, giving recommendations for restaurants, and all other area attractions.We have one more week left from our original six, and will be sorry to leave the area and condominium.I would strongly recommend this condominium to anyone interested in staying in the Scottsdale area.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our son committed us to play in an ASU law school golf outing in early November requiring us to be in Scottsdale for five days. This property was in a condo development just north of McCormick Ranch. That was the general area in which we were looking to stay because of the convenience to freeways, shopping and the Talking Stick Golf Course where the tournament would be held. The property had a large master bedroom with en suite bath. The second bedroom was more than adequate with a bathroom that could either be en suite or used by guests. The unit was nicely furnished with a lovely dining area for six, a bright living room (with pull out couch and flat screen TV), and a great private patio off of the LR and MBR. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, cooking accessories, flatware, dishes, glassware, spices/herbs, etc. The only thing I couldn't find was a cutting board, which is a rather small matter. The condo uses space efficiently, but appears much larger because of the extensive use of mirrors. It is extremely well positioned. It is only steps to the very nice pool/whirlpool, tennis courts and parking. It is close to a supermarket, restaurants and I-101. The owners couldn't have been nicer or more accomodating. Nadine was an absolute pleasure. She called to make sure we'd arrived and provided her phone number in the event we needed anything. We would recommend this property for many reasons, but especially because of the kind and helpful treatment provided by Nadine.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo - the location is excellent - near to grocery shopping, easy access to the freeway and wonderful walking paths nearby. The location within the complex is the best - very near to the pool area and BBQ. We would recommend this condo to anyone.

Ecellent. Great location in Scottsdale, close to restaurants, sport bars, golf courses, grocery stores and the freeway 101. Very open feeling with 4 (I believe) sliders to patios. Bedrooms very comfortable with large closets. Condo location within the complex probably the best. Close to pool, grills and your covered parking space. Great value.

Great location in Scottsdale! Also great location in the complex - the pool is just steps outside the back door! Layout is the best - open family room/kitchen. Well stocked so you don't have to buy everything - just replace what you use up. Well kept, nice clean unit - we would stay again in a heart beat!

A thoroughly enjoyable stay at this wonderfully decorated, perfectly located condo. Very peaceful and relaxing not to mention the few steps required to jump in the pool. Highly recommended.
