Our home is on PLAYA ENCANTO Beach. It has 4 identical master suites on the beach!!!Two upstairs and two downstairs. Each room has its own bathroom & 42" Plasma TV/DVD. A fully stocked kitchen! There is a spacious great room with an easy to operate gas fireplace. A huge beachside palapa with a custom bar, built in barbecue & 2 fire pits...perfect for entertaining, for weddings or special events. Watch the most amazing sunsets, DOLPHINS & WHALES from the great room, patio or beautiful upstairs beachfront balcony or right on the beach. All 4 bedrooms have plenty of extra bedding and pillows. They are decorated with plush, comfortable Tommy Bahama bedding and accessories.
Satellite and a flatscreen in the great room with hundreds of dvd movies to choose from! With a beach like this, you won't be inside often!!

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, Playa Encanto
We wanted a beach house and Rocky Point was the best buy. Much to our delight, it also has the best beaches we have been to by far! It takes half the time to get from Arizona to Rocky Point as it does to get from Arizona to the beaches in California. The beaches are prettier than any I have seen anywhere and they are not crowded. I can't think of any beach vacation that is as wonderful and inexpensive as Rocky Point...IT IS THE MOST BANG FOR THE BUCK!
The Unique Benefits at this House
It is the best beach in Rocky Point! There are tons of shells, sand dollars, starfish and sea life. Dolphins swim by daily. It is very peaceful and beautiful. I jog 6 miles or practice yoga on the beach. It is safe, clean and very peaceful.
Go take photos and hand feed "ARTHUR" world famous sea lion. He is just one of the amazing animals at this Marine Life School

I am a mother of 3 girls with a wonderful husband. I have twins that are six and a seven year old. I have been married for 13 years. I have been going to Rocky Point since I was 15. I am now 40 and enjoy it more with my family than I could have ever imagned We love our beach home and have made many family memories that will last a lifetime there. My husband bought our family this amazing, beautiful home on the best beach in Rocky Point. Since my girls have gone to school full time, I rent our house when we are not using it for extra income. All the amenities my family enjoys we share with our guests, so I am very selective who I rent our beach house to. When you stay at my house, it is truly like staying at a friends house.

We just got back from a few days at the, "viva la vida loca" house in Playa Encanto. It is a wonderful home, with EVERYTHING, right on the beach. There were a total of 15 of us, including my elderly parents and 4 year old niece. The beach is fantastic and the covered patio was the hangout the whole time. Thanks Erika!
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

This is the first time our group has been to Playa Encanto. What a beautiful beach! The house was beautiful as well. It's right on the beach, with a great patio to enjoy it! It is also very well stocked, clean, comfortable, and there's not a bad bedroom to be had! We're going back soon!

We have stayed here several times. The house is beautiful and the beach is the most beautifu beach in Rocky Point. There are lots of dolphins swimming by and tons of shells to collect for miles. We always go back to this house because it is always in perfect condition and everyone gets the exact same bedroom and they all face the beach. It is not the cheapest but it is definately worth the money, you will not be diappointed. Sue

Enjoyed our first stay in this gorgeous Encanto home. It was unusually warm for October, but quiet & enjoyable. Had 7 eighteen year olds and all had a blast even though away from town enough to have some solitude! Am looking forward to trying it again.

We have stayed at this property several times. It is one of our favorites because of the absolutely perfect beach, great ambiance in the house, well maintained, just far enough from young partiers at other condo rentals, yet close enough to restaurants and things to do. We are booking it again this fall. Highly recommended!
