Why the Owner Chose Encinitas
My family came to Encinitas every summer since I was very young. The beach, laid-back atmosphere, and the wonderful folks around here soon became a second home for us. I then brought my children here every summer to create the same traditions. Finally I was able to buy this specially located condo, where we can walk one direction and hit the beach, the other direction for our favorite donut shop, cafes, shops, local produce store, etc. A perfect home away from home, I know you will enjoy every minute!
