With a spacious 4800+ square feet and a large 2 car garage, it's perfect for family vacations or weekend retreats, etc...Home was built in 2005 and is truly unique. Custom interior design incorporates a rich, colorful Hawaiian theme.
If you are looking to rent a home for a large gathering, party, or event, PLEASE let us know this upfront. This home can easily accommodate groups of more than 15 people but there are additional expenses and parking considerations that must be worked out in advance. If you are looking for a big house to cram 20 people in without letting us know, please look elsewhere.
This home was featured on The Fine Living Network's show "Comfort Zones." Free wireless high speed internet included. Game room on 1st floor with HDTV big screen and cable/DVD player. Kids room on 3rd floor with matching twin "boat beds." 2 Kitchens. Kitchen on 2nd floor has gas Thermador oven for top notch cooking. Residential Elevator for handicapped or elderly. The entire second floor (inside and out) is wired for surround sound stereo with controls in each room and out on the deck. You'll have full access to private beach (no vehicles allowed) with plenty of sand and room to relax quietly, swim, surf, or fish (gear not included). This is a beautiful rental; responsible renters only. It's been rented continuously for 6 years and we've only had to keep one security deposit for an unauthorized party. The vast majority of renters have been great.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE check the calendar and rates before making any inquiries....the calendar is updated almost daily. Also, during the months of May, June, and July weekly rentals are preferred. Long weekends will be considered if there is availability. Upon prior approval, housebroken pets will be allowed at an additional expense as listed below.
