Holy week and Easter weeks are $1200. Absolute maximum occupancy
is 8 persons at any time.$80 cleaning fee if the stay is only 2 nights.

Year Purchased: 2003
My husband and I bought this brand-new townhouse in 2003. We enjoyed making it truly ours by painting the walls, hanging and placing art, and contracting a cover for the patio. When we bought a house nearby a few years later, we decided rent the townhouse. We live in Las Cruces, NM (a 10-hour drive away) and spend 4 to 6 months in Kino. We have made new friends and enjoy the activities at Club Deportivo: golf, bocci ball, exercise classes, card games, library, and even a community church. We are happy to open our Kino townhome to you. We will leave the light on!
Why the Owner Chose Bahia Kino (Kino Bay)
The townhouse that we bought for a vacation home has turned into a vacation rental. My husband and his friend from Las Cruces, NM traveled to Kino often for kayaking. The first year that wives were invited, my husband and I decided to invest in kino mainly because of the beautiful beach and calm water of the Sea of Cortez.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
Perhaps the most appealing aspect of the property is its location on the beach, just a few steps from the water's edge. We loved sitting on the upstairs deck watching the beach traffic: people and pets walking, dolphins cavorting near the beach, and pelicans dive-bombing in their hunt for fish. And then some time in the morning, we ourselves became part of the beach traffic walking left or right out of our front door. Every walk was an adventure itself. We love Kino.
