The townhouse is fully equipped with everything you need to cook if you wish and simply enjoy Your "home away from home", including games, puzzles, books, videos, and beach towels.
Our rental agent, Debra Jan, is a full-time resident of Kino Bay. She will make sure you have everything you need to relax, including limes for your first margarita on the beach!

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$125 per night for up to 6 persons. $10 a night for each additional
person up to 8 persons maximum. Per week is $750; the 7th night is free!
Memorial and Labor Day weekends are $500 for 3 night minimum.
Holy week and Easter weeks are $1200. Absolute maximum occupancy
is 8 persons at any time.$80 cleaning fee if the stay is only 2 nights.
This property is for sale and is available for long-term rentals: $800 a month.
