Our family beach house has an expansive floor plan sure to please all our guests. Through the inviting front porch and sunroom you will enter into this spacious house where you can enjoy the large downstairs, family room, dining room, kitchen with breakfast bar, one bedroom, den with full size pull out couch, and one bath. The upstairs has three bedrooms and one bath. This house has a large porch area to enjoy the Ocean Views and summer breezes. The kitchen is newly renovated and the living room and dining room are generous in size. Start your day with breakfast in the spacious sunroom. All the rooms have window air units and ceiling fans. Washer, dryer and dishwasher are also included.
Walkers, joggers and bike riders can enjoy our famous boardwalk that spans from Margate to Atlantic City. Take in all the excitement that Atlantic City has to offer; not just for gambling anymore, with top name performers, shows and outstanding World-Class restaurants along with excellent shopping at the Atlantic City Outlets and the new Pier Shops at Caesars.
It's just minutes to Atlantic City, Margate, and Ocean City and a short ride to Cape May, Wildwood, and Seal Isle City. Boardwalk, Casinos, Grocery Store, Dry Cleaners, Restaurants, New Community Center/Library, and a Playground are all within easy walking distance.
