Studio Deluxe Condominium located in the former Mount Vernon Hotel. The kitchen has been completely refurbished with a full-size refrigerator, American stove with oven and a double sink. A microwave and coffeemaker are also available, as are utensils and cooking items. A queen-sized bed will sleep 2 adults. A pull-out sofa with a full-sized bed will sleep 2 additional adults. Also, an inflatable king-sized bed (that can convert to 2 twin-sized beds) is provided and stored in the armoire. It will sleep 2 or more adults (and possibly a few children). Step out on the patio and walk on out to the huge communal pool or beach.
Orient Bay is THE BEST beach on Saint Martin, offering the perfect mix of sun, fun and relaxation. Many kinds of activities are located nearby or within a reasonable distance from the condo. Restaurants, shopping and nightlife will keep you busy after your day at the beach. Grand Case, the "gastronomic capital", is a short drive away. You will never run out of new dishes and cuisines to sample!
Onsite, the Mont Vernon hotel area offers a pizzeria and laundromat. The condo does not have a washer/dryer, but you may use the laundromat if needed for a small charge. 24/7 security is provided on the premises.
