Lagoon front, end unit townhome boasts the most beautiful sunsets on the gulf coast. Sit on one of our three balconies to enjoy the sunsets. Our two balconies overlook the Little Lagoon with a white sandy beach, fishing/crabbing pier with benches and a fish cleaning station. We also have a gazebo for family get-togethers and also a charcoal barbeque. The third balcony overlooks the Gulf of Mexico which is directly across a quiet two lane street. The area of west beach where we are located is very quiet and Summerhouse West is family friendly.
The condo is spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The first floor is tiled with a fully equipped kitchen, includes a dining area and living area and a half bath. Upstairs is fully carpeted and has two bedrooms, each with their own private bath and balcony. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed. Second bedroom has two double beds. There is a queen sized sleep sofa in the living room
Our beautiful, privately deeded white sandy beach on the Gulf of Mexico is a short walk away. You may also enjoy the outdoor pool located on the premises.
Our unit has two covered parking spaces and a storage closet to store your beach equipment in during your stay.
Stay at the complex to relax or enjoy all that Gulf Shores has to offer. If you enjoy everything the beach has to offer plus great shopping, restaurants and entertainment you will love staying at Summerhouse West. You can also explore the nearby cities of Fairhope, Mobile and Pensacola.

Stayed for the Weekend back in August of this year to meet up with friends that were celebrating their birthdays! Had a wonderful and as always the Condo was beautiful. I look forward to my stay there every year. Far enough away for privacy and close enough to enjoy the shopping and night life. <3

This is a beautiful condo in an awesome location. With Little Lagoon in your back yard and the Gulf in your front yard it doesn't get much better. Despite the warning signs on the beach, the sand and water were both pristine.

My family stayed in this condo for a week and found it to be very comfortable. We loved the fishing pier and also the balconies overlooking the lagoon. The view was wonderful, and there were many things to do in the area. We fell in love with Gulf Shores!
Owner response:Thank you to all our past renters and future renters. Our lagoon and our pool are still wonderful. The Gulf still looks beautiful even though there are warnings against swimming. The sand is still white on our private West Beach location. I am posting this on June 18, 2010. Please continue to email me on the conditions due to the oil spill. Please plan to visit again when you can.

This condo was the best!!! My family thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The location is great, the view is wonderful and it is very easy to relax while watching children play. No need to drive to the beach..just walk right across the street and enjoy your peaceful, private beach area. This is a wonderful place to stay and we are looking forward to booking again in the future. Thanks a lot for sharing your wonderful condo.

It was perfect! My family and I had the best time, we're already planning our next trip. Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with us! :) We enjoyed all the views the condo had to offer (sunsets on the Lagoon, fireworks on the beach). Especially loved that it was mostly families on the beach and you could just kick back and relax. The kids loved fishing on the pier, and looking for crabs in the evening. Everyone was so friendly, exactly what we were looking for in a vacation spot. We will make this an annual event, Fun for the whole Family! :)

Your condo had all the comforts of home and it was so nicely decorated and clean. I especially enjoyed the view of the lagoon while relaxing on the couch or whipping up a nice meal in the kitchen. I will definitely be back. Thank you.

Wish it were available more because this is a beautiful and great location. Far enough away where you do not get bothered by the summer crowd yet close enough you can join them in minutes. The Lagoon is great for kids, and the Gulf is just as perfect. The condo has everything you need for a short or long stay.

My husband and I have been vacationing in Gulf Shores for at least ten years. We have stayed in many beautiful places, but this condo is by far the best. We absolutely love it. The comfort of the condo, the location, the scenery, and the atmosphere will truly make any vacation memorable. We will continue staying in this condo year after year. We would highly recommend this to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay.
