The second Master Bedroom offers a KING sized bed, T.V., dresser, ceiling fan, and a private full bath.
The third Bedroom offers TWO Full sized beds, T.V., ceiling fan, chair, and a dresser. There is a full guest bath just outside the third bedroom.
The living area consists of a spacious fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room that overlook the balcony and beaches.
The living room offers a sofa sleeper, two love seats, two Adirondack chairs, a 32 inch Flat Screen LCD T.V. and DVD player.
The bedrooms and living room are carpeted, while the entry hall, baths, kitchen and dining room are tiled.

I can only surmise that there are limited rreviews on this unit because everyone who visits it wants to keep it a secret. We have been loyal renters, for the past 25 years, at a condo 2 miles east of this one, but as we near retirement, it is more important that we be able to find a pet friendly rental and our old unit was not able to meet this need. What a lucky find! It is better than described, and better than the pictures. From the large garden bath, with dual sinks and plenty of storage, in the master bedroom to the kitchen that was well stocked, large and well planned, to the deck with it's directors chairs that we enjoyed every morning and evening, this unit met and far exceeded our expectations. We will return again for our annual month stay, and look forward to the time we can join the lucky renters that spend their winters here as snowbirds. David went above and beyond to answer questions, and meet needs. He is another reason we plan to return. My thanks to the owners for sharing their beach home with us, it was a real joy.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, families with young children.

My family and I stayed here during 4th of July week. There was plenty of space for all of us (8) and we enjoyed how close we were to the beach. Shopping and restaurants are just a short drive away.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Clean and tidy when we arrived which is so important! We've been to PCB for years and I saw my first dolphin from the deck of this unit! Loved the unit's location. We enjoy the quiet of Laguna and then the quick trip in to PCB for more exciting nights out. Owner was quite helpful when needing an extra key for the grandparents decided to join us. Grocery and everything else you would need to provision for your stay within 5-10 minute drive. Plenty of room for our family with older teens and the addition of the grands! If you're looking for a clean, relaxing place to spend some beach time, this is your place. The neighbours have been renting the same unit for decades and are so friendly. They had their toddler/preschooler grand kids with parents in the unit next door. Great family place that's quiet and you can walk down the beach for parasailing and jet ski! Bonita is the best!
