This Kingswood Village condo #29 is the perfect condo in the perfect place. Situated on the beautiful North Shore of Lake Tahoe,it is centrally located to skiing, hiking, and less than 1 mile from the lake. We have internet access. The entire interior of our unit was just completely painted and is very clean, comfortable, and cozy.
Our home consists of 3 levels:
Main Floor: large master bedroom with king-size bed, two large closets and a private deck. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a spacious mirrored closet. On this level there is also a full bath with separate vanity and a separate laundry area with full sized washer and dryer.
Second Floor: The family room is the perfect gathering place with open beamed ceilings, brand new sofa and lazy boy chairs with adorable Mountain Bear theme decor. A wood burning fireplace with a gas starter. Great area for playing games or connecting to the internet.
The kitchen is well appointed with a gas cooktop and oven, dishwasher, and microwave oven. Additionally, there is a blender, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, crock-pot all pots and pans, utensils and dishes. The deck off the family room has a gas BBQ and bistro table, very nice in the summertime. Perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and fresh mountain air. There is also a second full bath on this level.
Third floor: An inviting spiral staircase leads to the loft that overlooks the family room. The loft includes a queen size futon and card table. Perfect for the kids! The kids love the loft area... We do offer a nice selection of books, card & board games too.
Our condominium is located within Kingswood Village in Kings Beach and is just five miles southeast of Northstar Ski Resort. A FREE shuttle bus from NorthStar stops in front of the complex several times daily (see schedule below). It's just over half a mile from the Lake Tahoe beaches as well as a 24 hour Safeway in Kings Beach. It is centrally located to 12 ski resorts in the Tahoe area and just 10 minutes from the North Shore casinos. The pool is within walking distance of the condo.

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Benefits are many. We enjoy going to the beach, which is only a mile away. We have a pool onsite that is great to lounge at. There are unique dining places all along the Tahoe waters that we have grown accustomed to. We have a BBQ on our deck which we enjoy using in the nice weather months. If we need more food or drinks, we are only a mile from Safeway. We dabble in gambling and prefer to go to Reno for that. This is only a quick 45 minute drive. BUT, if we would rather stay at the Lake, gambling is 10 minutes from the condo. You know what they say, location, location, location and it is "perfect".

We are a couple living in Los Gatos, CA. We have owned our own Plumbing Company for over 30 years. We originally purchased this condo to afford us the opportunity to get away and take more vacations due to the pressures of self-employment. This has also given us the chance to visit friends that have moved out of the Bay Area and happen to be on our way to Kings Beach. We have two grown children and have two grandchildren who have now been able to also enjoy "family time" in our condo. It has provided more quality visits for all of us.
