This is a stunning ski-in/out estate home in the exclusive gated community of Deer Crest, in Deer Valley. The architecture incorporates the best of Old World Elegance and modern sophistication. This custom 10,000+ sq foot spectacular home features unsurpassed detail and craftsmanship. There are 7 bedrooms/9 baths and the home can accomodate 16 guests.
Features include slate and copper roofs, copper windows, wood trusses, custom iron railings, hand carved mantels and newel posts, and magnificent stonework throughout.
This home is on one of Deer Valley’s main ski runs, The Jordanelle, of which you have the option of skiing to Deer Crests' Chairlift or the Gondola. The Jordanelle ski run opens a few days before Christmas.
The home also has a home theatre, private Gym, outdoor built in-spa with outdoor speakers and TV, two Steam showers ( one in master and one in spa bath), sauna, Game Room with pool table and game table, Family Room, Bunk Room with 4 extra-long twin beds that could accommodate young adults.
The Recreation room has a pool table, game table, large TV, fireplace and oversized comfy couch. There is also a bar/kitchen in this room with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, sink and bar top with seating.
The bunk room is on the lowest floor along with another bedroom and large sitting area. The home features lots of great common areas for entertaining including large outdoor decks. The ski run is accessible from every level of the house.
Minimum number of nights = 5 except for a 7 nt minimum during major Holidays or Sundance Film Festival. Weddings and wild parties are forbidden in this home. This is a corporate retreat or a family gathering estate of the highest caliber.
Rates: Please call for rates, but generally rates range from $5,000/nt to $7,500/nt during ski season.
