This two bedroom, one bath condo was recently renovated, is light-filled and elegant, with floor-to-ceiling windows, and 11 foot high ceilings with gorgeous moldings. Spacious and tasteful, with an eat-in kitchen and a more formal dining room.
The apartment is located in the "Musiciens" area of French Riviera, a lovely, quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants, the beach and shopping. There is a bakery in the building where you can run downstairs and grab pastries in the morning. There is a convenience store catty-corner from the apartment, across the street. You can smell the roasting chickens through the kitchen windows in the morning. For full food shopping, there is a large supermarket one block over.
You can sit on the balcony and have your morning coffee, before you head down to the beach (5 minute walk), or go sightseeing. The train station is also in walking distance, about 8 minutes away. You can be in Italy in 40 minutes or in Cannes in 20.
