Welcome to our "Vacation" Home away from Home! All of the comforts and amenities but none of the stress!
Cumbrian Lakes is a private, quiet, gated community close to Theme Parks, shopping, "Old Town" and hundreds of restaurants. Many great championship golf courses are nearby. The community has it's own children's play area and walking paths.
A spacious great room with extra sitting area, great for relaxing after a day at the Theme Parks or shopping. Walkouts from the great room and first master bedroom to the south facing pool and spa area. Relax and soak up the sun on our loungers or enjoy a meal under the covered lanai.
First master has a king bed with huge ensuite and walk in closet. The second master has a queen bed also with a private bathroom. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms, 1 with a Disney Theme, have 2 twin beds each and share the 3rd bathroom.
A safety fence between deck area and swimming pool for young children is available.
There is FREE use of our wireless broadband connection to all of our guests - just bring along your laptop and logon.

Kissimmee is well known to all of us from childhood memories of Disney Theme Parks, all the other parks, the great weather, the multitude of golf courses and the ease of travelling to and from our vacation home.

When we are there our kids feel comfortable, have space to move, play, are safe and always feel like they are somewhere 'New'. For us grownups, after a day of fun and frolic it is so nice just to 'kick back' and relax with no schedule but your own. We love our vacation home. We hope you will too!!!
