Why the Owner Chose Villas at Santa Rosa Beach
We are 2 sisters who have come to the Villas at Santa Rosa for the past 10 years to escape the cold of Illinois winters. In 2008 our 4 bedroom condo became available for purchase...we love it here, love the blue, blue water and white sand. Great location with so much to do in all directions and lots of fun right across Highway 30A...we couldn't imagine wanting to go anywhere else!! So after renting here each winter for so long, we were happy to have the opportunity to buy.
