Or stay on the premises and enjoy the emerald waters and white sand of the Gulf. A private pool is available for guests. This is paradise!
Many activities are within walking distance and just a short drive away there is great shopping, more spectacular restaurants, the Rave Cinema and many fun activities for the entire family. Head out the gates to the East and visit Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Seaside and more with lots of shops and good eats. We had two families meet here and it was absolutely wonderful! We've absolutely plan to return! The large balcony was close enough for me to talk to my kids while they were in the water or on the beach, and the heated pool was so nice and also had a great ocean view. We rarely went out for dinner, because there isn't a restaurant with a better view than we had in the condo! Great pizza, seafood, burgers, etc are right across the street also. The beach setup daily was a huge benefit.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Why the Owner Chose Villas at Santa Rosa Beach:
We have come to the Villas at Santa Rosa for the past 10 years to escape the cold of Illinois winters. In 2008 our 4 bedroom condo became available for purchase...we love it here, love the blue, blue water and white sand. Great location with so much to do in all directions and lots of fun right across Highway 30A...we couldn't imagine wanting to go anywhere else!! So after renting here each winter for so long, we were happy to have the opportunity to purchase our condo in the Villas at Santa Rosa.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Not only is this a beautiful setting...right on the beach with the emerald blue waters right outside...but the location is great. Our favorite eating places are all around us along with great shopping and many golf courses. We always have a wonderful time while we are here. We are very satisfied sitting on the balcony watching for dolphins...and of course, people watching.
