Nov-Apr .. $ 850/3 nights ($250 additional night) .. $1500/7 nights (3 night min)
Holidays are $500.00 a nite with a minimum of four days stay.
$175 cleaning fee. $500 security deposit.
Pets okay with owners permission ($25/night or $150/week fee).
