The kitchen is like no other with Travertine floors, granite counters, and stainless appliances by Sub-Zero, Wolf and a double high Fisher/Paykel dishwasher.
Start your day with Kauai coffee, and a view of the 2 acre river pool and the blue Pacific from your 3rd floor living room or bedroom lanais. With 2 bathrooms, your party will get out in the sun fast. Run across the street to the Safeway or Foodland grocery stores to pick up a picnic lunch and you’re on your way. Walk the new footpath to Lydgate Park for some snorkeling, or visit the shops at Kapaa and the Coconut Market Place. Right on the 10 mile paved ocean front bike/hiking path. Drive north and look for dragons at Hanalie Bay. Go south, and you might spot a blow-hole or play a round of golf. With so much to do and see on Kauai, your days will be as full as you’d like. Return to your condo for some R&R and plan your evening. Conveniently located, there are 4 restaurants within a block and many other restaurants, shops, and movie theatres within a short walking distance. This spacious place is like having a home away from home. It is quiet, close to shopping and restaurants, and no more expensive than an average hotel room. Hard to go wrong here.
Recommended for:Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with young children.

This condo is nicely decorated and furnished. The location in Kapaa is excellent splitting the difference between north and south shores so that drive times are reasonable to all destinations. The pool is awesome.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing.
