Cedar Heights offers many awesome perks for your enjoyment during your stay. The complex comes complete with three luxurious swimming pools. One located within feet of the condo. Several CHAMPIONSHIP golf courses within 1/2 mile, boat and jet ski rentals nearby, excellent dining and entertainment can be accessed by car or boat. Indoor/outdoor water parks, go-kart racing and shopping at the state's largest top-brand outlet mall are just a few minutes away. Access to launch your boat is minutes away for convenient access to the condo's dock for easy loading and unloading. No trailers are allowed in Cedar Heights parking lot.
A fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, refrigerator w/ice maker, microwave, dish washer, radio/CD player, washer/dryer and every cooking utensil. The spacious dining/living room area has a 32 inch TV, DVD, VCR, and electric fireplace. The master suite offers a queen-size bed with private bath and walk-in closet. TVs with remotes are available in all bedrooms. The second bedroom has bunk beds with a futon adjoining bath offering a tub/shower combination (perfect for the kids!). The third bedroom offers two twin-size beds. A sofa sleeper is in the living room for additional sleeping.
Enjoy a private covered balcony through sliding glass doors off both the master bedroom and living room complete with patio furniture and gas barbecue grill. It faces east and overlooks the lake for great mornings to start the day.
The unit is furnished with many linens and towels for all baths and kitchen. The only towels needed are for your water activities. Boat slip rental available at an additional charge.
