A renovated barn across the driveway has a studio apartment complete with small kitchen, full bath and a private deck. A large playroom/meeting area room is attached, perfect for family gatherings. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water is refreshing for beach-goers.
Property is 10 acres located less than one mile to Mansion Beach (swimming)and has private access to West Beach for great surf casting and walks around the North Point and historic lighthouse. Several trails from the house afford private access to Sachem Pond for freshwater swimming and boating. 2 Kayaks and a canoe are available on the property.
The views on this property are unmatched with a 200 degree unobstructed panoramic vista that includes Sachem Pond, North Light, and the RI, CT, and NY shorelines. Watch the sun set into the ocean every night from the privacy of the decks, perfect for sunbathing and reading during the day and dining at dusk.

We had a family reunion at this property and everyone had a great time. The pond was easy to access and perfect for small children to play in; one of the nicest beaches on the island was only a mile from the house so we often rode our bikes both there and to town. The house was very warm and open--decks were terrific and there is a lawn for wiffle ball and even horseshoes which one of my sisters brought with her. Everyone had privacy when they needed it and the kitchen was perfect for cooking large meals. We would definitely return for another reunion or with a couple other families.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.
