Downstairs is a complete studio apartment with queen bed, kitchen and beautifully tiled bath. A private deck opens to the water side of the house and the beach. Upstairs is a gourmet kitchen for the discriminating chef including a breakfast bar and dining area. The kitchen even has a pass through window to make deck side entraining a breeze.
