Wecome to Casa Romantica Del Mar. We searched for years to find the best, our newly remodeled home is an entertainers dream! The incredibly private 40'x14' terrace is draped in bougainvillea and offers knockout views encompassing the harbor, city lights of Manzanillo, the Sierra Madres, Las Hadas and miles of golden sandy beach. Steps to a great swimmable beach. Watch for large groups of dolphins playing in the waves in the mornings and evenings. There are frequent whale sightings and plenty of pelicans and seabirds to admire as they dive for the catch of the day. Groups of fisherman in their panga's lay their nets out front and pull them up on the beach. Help pull nets and get a great buy on fish! Check out the large blue iguana that frequent the rock out front.
The home is filled with quality Mexican art and antiques. An open floor plan and walls of windows frame the incredible view. The gourmet Talavera tiled kitchen is spacious enough for several cooks and offers 2 eating bars for coffee and cocktails.

The sound of the waves will lull you to sleep. The view master bedroom is spacious with a walk-in closet and beautifully tiled bath. The second bedroom has a beautiful view of the city lights and may be used as 2 twins or a king. Both bedrooms open to the terrace.
The den is a quiet comfortable area to read, nap or work, a twin bed provides an extra guest sleeping space. The huge covered tile patio provides shade, an outdoor shower and comfortable seating to enjoy our private tropical garden.
Steps to the pool and beach, BYOB swim up bar and umbrellas on the beach, great jetty for snorkeling, bus or taxis across the street, walk to great restaurants, grocery and ATM.

Doug and I fell in love with the Manzanillo area in 2000 and visited each year. We always admired one particular condo becuase of it's privacy and huge deck. We had a huge 50th Bday bash 4 me in ZLO w/many friends and family. The condo we admired was listed that week; we had looked at many properties and once inside knew it was right. Doug is a very politically active dentist and I am a realtor. We have a passion for the ocean and love living on the water in Seattle. We love to travel but find ZLO the ultimate in relaxation. We love our condo because it does not feel like a condo. We have the entire floor with windows on all sides. It's a home with a knockout view 40' x 14' deck; it also offers a wonderful shady covered terrace with a private tropical garden and herb bed. The large open floor plan and huge kitchen are perfect for entertaining. Great restaurants and stores are within easy walking distance and Manzanillo's most swimable beach is right out front....pure paradaise!
