"Happy House" is a spectacular new 3-story island cottage, designed to accommodate any size family in luxury and comfort. The second "kids" floor features a den with TV to play games and watch DVD's, two queen bedrooms; kids bunk room; another kids bunk room w/4 beds, 2 are child size daybeds; one full bath w/ shower; one "jill-jill" bath double vanity, tub and 2 water closets; laundry room w/ sink and front load washer/dryer; and huge screened porch.

Our kids were so excited to stay at the "Happy House". They had seen the photos online and the house did not disappoint! It had enough room for 3 families (there were 13 of us)! The house is very large, well decorated and is set up perfectly for multiple families. There were two laundry rooms, an elevator, lots of living space and bedrooms and baths for all! We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Tybee. Also, the property mangager was great! She was very accommodating. easy to work with and answered all of our questions. This is a great place to stay!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

my wife and i our three children, their spouses and eight grandchildren spent a week. The home is wonderful. The space is luxurious. We'll come back.
