'Happy House' is a spectacular new 3-story island cottage, designed to accommodate any size family in luxury and comfort with 3 king master suites. With over 4500 sq.ft., this home is warm and inviting offering sunny, very spacious rooms designed to provide privacy and all the comforts of home. The house is located at 110 Miller Avenue in the mid-beach residential area.
The first floor features a living room w/ electric fireplace, a huge great room w/large dining area, cathedral wood ceilings, study, powder bath; gourmet kitchen w/ stainless appliances and quartz countertops, walk-in pantry, breakfast bar, laundry room; two king bedroom suites w/ private baths and double access porch.
The second 'kids' floor features a den with TV to play games and watch DVD's, two queen bedrooms, kids bunk room, another kids bunk room w/4 beds, 2 are child size daybeds, one full bath w/ shower, one 'jill-jill' bath double vanity, tub and 2 water closets, laundry room w/ sink and front load washer/dryer and huge screened porch.
The third floor 'master retreat' features a large sitting area w/dining area and wet bar, expansive 'treetop' private sun deck, master bedroom w/walk-in closet, his & her additional closets, bath w/garden tub, separate marble shower w/ vertical spa & hand-held shower, and a double sink w/granite countertop.
The cottage has off-street parking for 4-5 cars, and an 8' privacy fence in the rear yard. a full service 4-stop elevator provides handicap access to this home.

I just want to say THANK YOU! We had a wonderful time on Tybee Island. Happy House was a fantastic place for my large family to stay. There were so many places to explore and find a peaceful spot if needed. You were a huge help and very accommodating. Our kids were so excited to stay at the "Happy House". They had seen the photos online and the house did not disappoint! It had enough room for 3 families (there were 13 of us)! The house is very large, well decorated and is set up perfectly for multiple families. There were two laundry rooms, an elevator, lots of living space and bedrooms and baths for all! We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Tybee. Also, the property mangager was great! She was very accommodating. easy to work with and answered all of our questions. This is a great place to stay!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

my wife and i our three children, their spouses and eight grandchildren spent a week. The home is wonderful. The space is luxurious. We'll come back.Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway.
