This beautiful condo is located on the first floor and has its own private entrance off of the parking lot. Small set of stairs with only 7 steps to the front door. Condo was remodeled in '06. Both bedrooms have king size beds, large closets, 2 nightstands, dresser and TV/VCR. Master bedroom has a private bathroom. Great room features leather furniture with a queen hide-a-bed and plasma HD TV and DVD player. Board games and Playstation are available for the kids. Lovely dining room table seats 6 comfortably. Additional seating at the kitchen snack bar seats 4. Spacious lanai with extra seating for 6 overlooks the heated in ground pool and has a great view of the beach and gorgeous sunsets. Also great place to watch the dolphins from. Kitchen has everything that you need to prepare meals. Private washer and dryer.
Condo is located about a 10 minute walk from Times Square where there is shopping, dining, and fun! Public beach is near Times Square. Fitness center about a 3 mile drive from condo has everything you need for a good work-out. You can pay daily or buy a card for as many visits as you want. Smoking is not permitted in the condo, on the lanai or at the pool.
No pets are allowed in the condo.

We stayed here a couple of years ago. We are a family of 5, including one infant at the time. We thought we would have to buy a pack-n-play at the store for him to sleep in but were pleasantly surprised to find one in the condo! Beautifully updated and clean. With the pool directly outside, you do not have to go up an down an elevator like so many other condos. Great location. the owner was very professional and wanted to make sure we had a good time. I thought that was a really nice touch.

We, four friends and I, just returned home last night. We had the luck of finding this wonderful condo to reside in for a week. Plenty of space, great kitchen and the view is amazing. With the windows open we listened to the waves rolling in while eating the best seafood on the lanai. For us, everything is in walking distance once you have gotten groceries. We will be renting again. Truly a relaxing week, perfect weather and even better accomodations. Thanks for sharing your home.
