This house is located on Del Mar Heights Road. There is some street noise when outside in
front Patio...if not taking advantage of the Surround Sound speakers placed throughout
the home and also front Patio. Entire yard is enclosed and fenced. The home is set back on
the large lot from the street and is completely quiet once inside. There is 2500 square
feet of outdoor living space-prefect for entertaining & outdoor barbecues -while listening to
your own selection of music!
There is an additional cottage rental in the back of the home- seperate from the house and seperated by a fence. Washer and Dryer and trash bins are shared between both units.
Established long term tenants (young working couple) in rear cottage are very quiet and private.
They will put out the trash on trash day.
