In May 2010, we finalized a major addition/remodel on the house adding a 5th Bedroom (Master Suite) on the Top Level with Private Balcony, another Master Suite on the Second Floor, an Elevator accessible from all floors, and upgraded the bathrooms, kitchen & island. Then we added LCD TV/DVD Combos in every room and full surround sound system in the main living area. We also knocked down some walls and opened up the top floor to give you a panoramic view of Wrightsville Beach from all angles of the house...a must see in person.
Come create lasting memories at this beautiful ocean view home. There are spectacular ocean views from the decks. It is the perfect place to gather and enjoy the company of family and friends.
You will enjoy easy access to the beach and waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the surf. From the ocean view decks you can watch the dolphins play, enjoy your morning coffee, an evening cocktail or relax and read in one of the rockers. On the beach you can swim, surf, fish, fly a kite, build sand castles, go shelling, go for a walk or just relax and catch some rays! The walkway to the beach is right across the street.
May through October is prime season for Surfing, Boating and Pier Fishing.
When you want to take a break from the beach there are plenty of activities to choose from: Bicycling, Kayak and Boat rentals, boat tours and cruises, golf, mini golf, shopping, restaurants, NC Aquarium, amusement places, ice cream shops, and much more!
Saturday to Saturday rental only during June/July/August, NO SMOKING! Must be 25 or older to rent our home.

We love Wrightsville Beach. We are local residents that have lived here for 5 years. This was our personal home for 2 of those years and decided to rent instead of sell this property. There are so many active things to do at this beach such as walking or running the loop or the beach, bike riding, swimming, surfing or just laying around relaxing. You will love the local feel to this beach!

Wonderful family reunion at 5 Southridge Lane. The house met our needs perfectly and is equipped very nicely with everything you need. There are 3 Master Suite bedrooms, which is so nice because all families had privacy and comfort. The proximity to the beach is perfect, beach access is just steps away. This was our second year in this home and we hope to use the home again!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The house is beautiful and very clean and well appointed. We loved being close to the beach and appreciated the bikes and sand toys. We never could figure out the eletronic system so no music. We didn't appreciate the extra charge for "excessive sand" in the garage as we had no idea we should sweep the garage. We had sweep all the rest of the house before leaving.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This is a beautiful home on the north end, I was very surprised and pleased with how clean everything was. The bikes were a pleasure to use. Towels and sheets already provided took the hassle out of our vacation. Great home, great location and I loved the backyard with hammock. Beach access is convenient and leads to a perfect spot, free of crowds (kid friendly) on the north end. Thank you so much we look forward to renting this property annually for years to come!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! We had such an awesome week doign a whole lot of talking, playing cards, going to the beach and surfing of course! Your house is unbelievable and you have made verything in the house JUST PERFECT! Its like living in the Pottery Barn House! The elevator was an awesome addition for the eldest of our family here (88 and 89 year old) The weather was perfect the whole week. We only left a few times to go to the tore the whole week only because we were out of food. We never wanted to leave :)

The Huckabees, It's hard to express how grateful we are for the pleasure of staying in this beautiful beach home. Our 4 year old found so many things to occupy his time, and our daughter and her boyfriend came over as much as they could. We all had such a wonderful stress free time.
