  Had a really nice short stay at this place. All the amenities were as described and in immaculate condition. The supplies provided were more than sufficient. I thought the pictures didn't quite do the house justice since it was very much nicer. Also, the owners who live down the street, were always very helpful and able to accommodate our requests. Would definitely come back for a stay here.

  We visit Chelan year round and have stayed at various places, and this is by far is the best place and value we have found. The house is very clean and well decorated. We took our boat and there was plenty of room for parking. The view is Stellar and the neighborhood is very quiet and private, but minutes away from all that Manson and Chelan have to offer. The owners Rick and Terri were great and they have put many extras into the house to make sure you have everything you might need. This will be our new Happy Place.

  We loved staying at this place! The location is great, just a couple of miles outside of Manson in a very peaceful location. We have stayed in Chelan before, but from now on we will be staying out here because it is so nice and quiet. The view was wonderful and we really enjoyed hanging out on the deck and catching some rays of sunshine! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed and more! There were tons of linens, blankets, towels, etc. The beds were comfy and I liked the layout of the rooms with the master bedroom on the opposite side of the house from the other two bedrooms. The house was very clean, well maintained and comfortable. We enjoyed the little town of Manson and found a great little ice cream/gelato place on the main drag. We also loved Blueberry Hills Farm. The pies are to die for! There is also a nice waterfront park nearby called Willow Point which we enjoyed visiting. Overall this is a great place to stay!

  Our multi-generational family spent 4 nights in this very comfortable home right after Christmas. The views across Lake Chelan to the snowy mountains were beautiful. We enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen, the comfortable beds, the cozy heat and the gas fireplace. To our relief, all the neighborhoods roads were plowed and driving around Manson and beyond was easy even with a minivan. We went snowshoeing, tubing and snowmobiling at Echo Valley Ski Area. Lots of fun! Thank you Terri and Ric for letting us stay in your house.

  Thank you Terri so much!!! You are the best- and the house is perfect!! Somehow the photos don't do it justice.... The house is lovely, clean and charming. The landscaping is wonderful... The view is great!! We sat on the front porch every day and just looked at the lake. This house is the best deal in the area- don't rent a small hotel room or condo- stay here!!! We had the best time- can't wait to come back! Cynthia and Mark

  This is the cleanest rental that we have ever stayed at. Fully furnished without any worries about not finding what we needed or running out of anything. Great views and stars. Short drive to Willow Point park for great swimming. Very nice neighborhood that's perfect for walks.

  My girlfriends and I were looking to have a nice relaxing get away for a long weekend, and boy did we find the right place. Terri and Ric were amazing and so friendly, they started our stay off right! There is a loop around the neighborhood to take a nice walk in the morning or at night, with amazing views and very friendly people. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood so when the lights go down and the stars come out it is gorgeous. Close enough to town and the wineries to make it easy to get out and enjoy what the area has to offer. I can't say enough about our weekend, it was just awesome. You really can't beat Lake Chelan, the water is amazing. I highly recommend this house for small or medium groups. THANKS TERRI!!!

  My husband and I came to Lake Chelan to spend time with our kids, and grandkids, who had rented a house down on the lake below us. This house was perfect for us. Ric and Terri take such good care of this home. It was so quite and peaceful up on the hill, the view was unbelieavable. Every morning we took our tea out on the front porch and just took in the view of the lake. We look forward to renting this house next summer.

  just returned home from a 4 night stay @ this manson rental home. there were 6 of us & we had plenty of room to stretch out. the front deck is the absolute best. the views were magnificent. very peaceful & relaxing. would come back for sure. & i will tell others about this home.

  Terri & Ric, Thank you so much for our wonderful stay in your amazingly well-equipped home with such a gorgeous view of the Lake. We were so pleasantly surprised at how clean, comfortable, and beautifully-decorated the home was. Our family loved coming back to such a peaceful place after a day of boating. My husband and I also loved having our coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on the front deck with the amazing view of the Lake. Thank you also for being so accommodating with our needing the extra night's stay at the last minute. We would highly recommend your home to anyone looking for a beautiful and peaceful house in the Lake Chelan area.
