  This is a perfect condo for two people. The location was right on a beautiful beach. During the week we had the beach and resort to ourselves. On the weekend it wasn't too busy at all. We enjoyed the swimming pools, especially the one with spa like jets. If you want to get away from it all and just walk straight out your door to the beach, this is your place. They have beach chairs and coolers for your use. The owner, Pedro, was accommodating and made process very easy. I would stay here again.

  This unit is as described; perfect for the two of us. A second TV has been mounted above the kitchen table so you can watch from anywhere in the unit. The ocean view and beach are beautiful. We toured around the island, but upon returning wondered, "why did we go anywhere, it is so beautiful here and we have everything we need". There is plenty shade and sun just outside the front door. The rental process was easy. The owner was very pleasant and followed through with everything he said. The Palmas Del Mar resort complex has many amenities for those who want to stay withing the complex. Just 15 minutes by car and you'll be at WalMart, Sam's Club, Walgreeens. Having come from Florida, this was a real convienience. Although we live in beautiful Florida this place is a tropical paradise worth visiting.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  My wife & I had the pleasure of staying in Pedro's condo a couple months ago and the experience couldn't have been any better. The condo unit, while on the small side, is perfect for a couple seeking peace & quiet. And, the setting/location...Absolutely STUNNING!! Walk out the front door and you're literally only a few steps from the beach. Pedro is very attentive, communicates freely and handled a maintenance issue with the A/C very quickly. I would definitely return to Palmas Del Mar and stay at Pedro's condo again. Thank you Pedro for the best vacation we've ever taken...David & Mandy

  Best location in Crescent Beach. We loved waking up to glorious ocean sunrises from our bedroom window, and the option to lounge in the sun or in the shade under coconut trees. Loved the peace and quiet of the private beaches and being on a first floor condo, having first-rate seats to ocean views from our quaint patio. We planned on doing so many things in Puerto Rico, but were quite content to do nothing but relax, read and hang out at this ocean/nature paradise. We will definitely be back!!

  Beautiful Sunrise! Georgeous Beach! Delightful Breeze! Rhythmic Surf! Lovely Grounds! Condo is very clean, quiet and comfortable. Crescent Beach 121 was the perfect getaway spot for us. We enjoyed every moment!

  We spent eight days at this condo and it was excellent. The beach is there, right in front of you, and the large pool is adequate for lap swimming...which I did every morning. Condo is adequate for two people and all appliances work. We added some additional steak knives to the supplies...that was all that was needed.

  This is a wonderful location within the Palmas del Mar community. Wonderful beach access with the surf lulling you to sleep at night. Great beach and the perfect 'decompression' chamber! Condo is as described and perfect for two. Crescent Beach is the best location within Palmas del Mar. We'll be back!

  Amazing location and beautiful beach steps away form the front door. We enjoyed coffee every morning with a great view of the carribean. The condo is very nice, perfect for two, will work for a small family. We look forward to our next visit!

  This condo is ideal for folks looking for a quiet, peaceful vacation spot right on the water. You are so close to the water the sound of the waves put you to sleep each night, I think it has the best view of any unit in the complex! The grounds are extremely well kept, the pools are beautiful and overlook the ocean. We came here exhausted and are leaving tan and rejuvinated. We will definitely come back here again.
